This research analyzes Agawa Daigos’s inner conflicts in Gannibal drama. .
The analyzed conflicts including inner conflict type 1, type 2, and type 3. The
material object in this research is Gannibal drama by Katayama Shinzo which was
released on 2022-2023. The formal object is the inner conflict of Agawa Daigo. The
primary purpose of this research is to analyze the narrative elements of Gannibal
drama and Agawa Daigo’s inner conflict. This research’s type is literature study
and using literary sociology method. This method is using for analyze narrative
elements with Himawan Pratista’s theory and inner conflict with Kurt Lewin’s
theory. The result of this research is Agawa Daigo had inner conflict because
confronted by various choices. Agawa Daigo’s first type inner conflicts including
one approach-aprroach conflict, three approach-avoidance conflict, and one
avoidance-avoidance conflict. Beside that, Agawa Daigo also had type 2 inner
conflict and two times type 3 inner conflict. Agawa Daigo’s inner conflicts is mostly
causing by his character, idealist and full of love.
