Abstract

Kawasan Mangrove Gunung Anyar merupakan destinasi wisata alternatif di Kota Surabaya. Namun, potensi objek dan daya tarik wisata Kawasan Mangrove Gunung Anyar saat ini belum mampu menjadikan destinasi wisata unggulan bagi Kota Surabaya. Secara eksisting, permasalahan yang ada yaitu jumlah kunjungan yang relatif sedikit dan tidak stabil, terbatasnya moda transportasi yang tersedia, dan kurang maksimalnya pengelolaan wisata. Kawasan tersebut diharapkan menjadi ekowisata yang dipertahankan daya tarik wisatanya secara stabil, sehingga membutuhkan inovasi dan strategi dalam pengelolaannya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor lingkungan, ekonomi, dan sosial dalam pengelolaan ekowisata, mengidentifikasi indikator yang berpengaruh dalam pengelolaan ekowisata, serta merumuskan strategi prioritas pengelolaan ekowisata pada Kawasan Mangrove Gunung Anyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan responden berjumlah 56 orang terdiri dari pengunjung, pengelola kawasan, institusi, dan masyarakat. Analisis data menggunakan DPSIR untuk menganalisis faktor lingkungan, ekonomi, dan sosial dalam pengelolaan ekowisata; SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi indikator yang berpengaruh dalam pengelolaan ekowisata; dan AHP untuk merumuskan strategi prioritas pengelolaan ekowisata.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa aspek lingkungan, ekonomi dan sosial memiliki indikator masing-masing sesuai komponen Driver, Pressures, States, Impact dan Responses; indikator yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan ekowisata di Kawasan Mangrove Gunung Anyar adalah indikator dari faktor opportunities dan strength, dengan arah strategi pengelolaan berada pada kuadran I, sehingga didapatkan strategi SO; dan dari beberapa strategi SO yang dianalisis menggunakan AHP didapatkan nilai akhir bobot tertinggi sebesar 0,373 pada strategi 1, yaitu program konservasi mangrove secara rutin dan berkelanjutan, maka strategi tersebut adalah strategi prioritas yang dapat direkomendasikan untuk pengelolaan ekowisata Kawasan Mangrove Gunung Anyar.

The Gunung Anyar Mangrove Area is an alternative tourist destination in the city of Surabaya. However, the potential of the Gunung Anyar Mangrove Area's tourist objects and attractions are currently not able to make it a leading tourist destination for the city of Surabaya. In fact, the existing problems are the relatively small and unstable number of visits, limited available types of transportation, and less than optimal tourism management. The area is expected to become an ecotourism that maintains its tourist attractions stably, so it requires innovation and strategy in its management.
This study aims to analyze environmental, economic, and social factors in ecotourism management, identify indicators that influence ecotourism management, and formulate priority strategies for ecotourism management in the Gunung Anyar Mangrove Area. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with 56 respondents consisting of visitors, area managers, institutions, and the community. Data analysis used DPSIR to analyze environmental, economic, and social factors in ecotourism management; SWOT to identify indicators that influence ecotourism management; and AHP to formulate priority strategies for ecotourism management.
Based on the research results, it was found that the environmental, economic and social aspects have their own indicators according to the components of Driver, Pressures, States, Impact and Responses; indicators that influence ecotourism management in the Gunung Anyar Mangrove Area are indicators of opportunities and strength factors, with the direction of the management strategy in quadrant I, so that the SO strategy was obtained; and from several SO strategies analyzed using AHP, the highest final weight value was obtained at 0.373 in strategy 1, namely a routine and sustainable mangrove conservation program, so this strategy is a priority strategy that can be recommended for the management of ecotourism in the Gunung Anyar Mangrove Area.
