Abstract
Pertanian merupakan kontributor penting bagi perekonomian Indonesia, namun produktivitasnya masih jauh dari harapan karena berbagai masalah, termasuk sumber daya manusia yang kurang memadai dan ketergantungan pada metode pengelolaan lahan secara manual. Penerapan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) di industri pertanian memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan produksi dan efektivitas, namun pengadopsiannya masih terbatas. Selain itu, perubahan iklim meningkatkan kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh para petani, sehingga membutuhkan solusi yang inovatif. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji faktor penentu yang berpengaruh terhadap minat petani menggunakan teknologi pertanian berbasis IoT, dengan menggunakan model (UTAUT) and (HOT FIT) dengan variabel kontekstual. Metodologi kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data responden dari 250 petani dan penyuluh pertanian di provinsi Lampung. Data diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Penelitian ini terdapat 7 hipotesis diterima dan 5 hipotesis ditolak, dengan rata-rata T-Statistik untuk hipotesis yang diterima adalah 2,318, Nilai P rata-rata dari hipotesis yang diterima: 0,016. Hipotesis yang diterima menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya mempertimbangkan dinamika sosial dan kepercayaan ketika mempromosikan adopsi teknologi pertanian berbasis IoT. Dalam penelitian ini Petani tertarik untuk menggunakan teknologi pertanian berbasis Internet of Things karena dampak sosial dan nilai, dicapai melalui koneksi masyarakat, dukungan teknis, dan insentif keuangan, yang berbeda terhadap data.

Agriculture is an important contributor to Indonesia's economy, but its productivity is still far from expectations due to various issues, including inadequate human resources and reliance on manual land management methods. The application of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in the agricultural industry has the potential to enhance production and efficiency, yet its adoption remains limited. In addition, climate change increases the challenges faced by farmers, necessitating innovative solutions. The purpose of the research is to examine the determining factors that influence farmers' interest in using IoT-based agricultural technology, utilizing the UTAUT and HOT FIT models with contextual variables. Quantitative methodology is used to collect and analyze data from 250 farmers and agricultural extension workers in Lampung province. Data was processed using SmartPLS 4.0. This research has 7 hypotheses accepted and 5 hypotheses rejected, with an average T-Statistic for the accepted hypotheses of 2,318, and the average P value of the accepted hypotheses is 0,016. The accepted hypothesis shows a significant relationship between the research variables, emphasizing the importance of considering social dynamics and trust when promoting the adoption of IoT-based agricultural technology. In this study, farmers are interested in using IoT-based agricultural technology due to social impact and value, achieved through community connections, technical support, and financial incentives, which vary in relation to the data.
