Abstract
PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Panjang yang berada di provinsi Lampung mendistribusikan BBM sebesar 2.243.016,58 kiloliter (KL) pada tahun 2022. Dari proses distribusi BBM berpotensi menimbulkan dampak lingkungan yaitu dampak pencemaran udara dimana proses distribusi BBM banyak memakai transportasi berbahan bakar fossil. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak lingkungan dari proses distribusi BBM PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Panjang menggunakan metode life cycle assesment (LCA) dengan ruang lingkup gate to gate dimulai dari proses penerimaan BBM hingga pendistibusian BBM. Metode penelitian ini mengacu pada SNI ISO 14040:2016 dan SNI ISO 14044:2017, analisis inventori, penilaian dampak, dan interpretasi. Penilaian dampak dilakukan menggunakan software SimaPro 9.5.0 dengan metode CML IA Baseline dengan unit fungsi adalah 1 KL BBM. Kategori dampak yang dikaji pada penelitian ini yaitu kategori dampak utama yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas udara berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Nomor 1 Tahun 2021 tentang Program Penilaian Peringkat Kinerja Perusahaan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup, yaitu potensi pemanasan global, potensi penipisan ozon, dan potensi hujan asam. Dari masing – masing potensi dampak, terdapat isu penting (hotspot) berasal dari unit proses distribusi karena penggunaan bahan bakar solar yang menghasilkan nilai karaterisasi potensi pemanasan global sebesar 6,77E+00 kg CO2ek/KL, nilai karakterisasi potensi penipisan lapisan ozon sebesar 1,30E-07 kg CFC-11 eq/KL, dan nilai karakterisasi potensi hujan asam sebesar 1,18E-02 kg SO2 eq/KL. Dari isu pennting tersebut dilakukan penentuan rekomendasi terbaik dengan metode AHP menggunakan software Expert Choice. Terdapat 3 rekomendasi alternatif program untuk meminimalisir isu penting yang dihasilkan yaitu optimalisasi peremajaan mesin mobil tangki, penggunaan biosolar (B30) sebagai ownuse dan autostop engine mobil tangki. Dari ketiga rekomendasi alternatif perbaikan, program penggunaan bio solar (B30) sebagai ownuse terpilih untuk meminimalisir isu penting dari penggunaan bahan bakar solar.

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Panjang located in Lampung province distributed 2,243,016.58 kiloliters (KL) of fuel in 2022. The fuel distribution process can potentially cause environmental impacts, specifically air pollution, as it heavily relies on fossil fuel transportation. This study aims to analyze the environmental impact of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Panjang's fuel distribution process using the life cycle assessment (LCA) method with gate-to-gate scope starting from the fuel receipt to fuel distribution. The research method refers to SNI ISO 14040:2016 and SNI ISO 14044:2017, including inventory analysis, impact assessment, and interpretation. Impact assessment uses SimaPro 9.5.0 software with the CML IA Baseline method, with the functional unit being 1 KL of fuel. The impact categories studied in this research are the main categories affecting air quality based on the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation No. 1 of 2021 regarding the Company Performance Rating Program and Environmental Management, namely global warming potential, ozone depletion potential, and acid rain potential. From each impact potential, there are significant issues (hotspots) arising from the distribution process unit due to the use of diesel fuel, resulting in a characterization value of global warming potential of 6.77E+00 kg CO2eq/KL, ozone depletion potential characterization value of 1.30E-07 kg CFC-11 eq/KL, and acid rain potential characterization value of 1.18E-02 kg SO2eq/KL. best recommendations are determined using the AHP method with Expert Choice software based on these significant issues. There are 3 alternative program recommendations to minimize the significant issues: optimizing the renewal of tank truck engines, using biosolar (B30) for its own use, and implementing autostop engine systems for tank truck vehicles. Among the three alternative improvement recommendations, the program of using biosolar (B30) for its use is selected to minimize the significant issues arising from diesel fuel usage.
