Abstract

Aplikasi M-health memudahkan pasien untuk mendapatkan layanan kesehatan secara online tanpa harus datang ke fasilitas kesehatan. Meski menawarkan kemudahan, terdapat tantangan dalam adopsinya di kalangan lansia. Sebagian besar lansia masih bergantung pada layanan kesehatan konvensional dan cenderung lebih lambat dalam mengadopsi teknologi baru dibandingkan dengan orang dewasa muda. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan evaluasi teknologi informasi yang berfokus pada pengguna lansia. Studi ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan kesuksesan penggunaan aplikasi M-health pada lansia. Penelitian ini menggabungkan model evaluasi UTAUT dan Delone & McLean. Variabel yang digunakan meliputi ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi upaya, kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, kualitas layanan, kepuasan pengguna, dan niat untuk kembali menggunakan. Metode Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) digunakan untuk mengolah data responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel information quality, service quality, effort expectancy, dan performance expectancy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap user satisfication. Ditemukan juga jika variabel information quality memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap user satisfication. Di samping itu, variabel user satisfication berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel continuance intention.

M-health applications facilitate patients in accessing healthcare services online without the need to visit healthcare facilities. Services available to patients include scheduling doctor appointments, health consultations, searching for health information, and other healthcare services. Despite offering convenience, there are challenges in its adoption among the elderly. Most elderly individuals still rely on conventional healthcare services and tend to be slower in adopting new technology compared to younger adults. Therefore, an information technology evaluation focused on the elderly is necessary. This study aims to identify the factors influencing the acceptance and successful use of M-health applications among the elderly. This research combines the UTAUT and Delone & McLean evaluation models. The variables used include performance expectancy, effort expectancy, information quality, system quality, service quality, user satisfaction, and Continuance Intention. The Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method was used to process the respondent data. The results of the study indicate that the variables of information quality, service quality, effort expectancy, and performance expectancy have a positive and significant impact on the variable of user satisfaction. It was also found that the information quality variable has the greatest impact on user satisfaction. Additionally, the variable of user satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on the variable of continuance intention.
