Abstract

Dokumentasi merupakan bagian yang sangat penting, terutama pada tahap awal suatu proyek, untuk memastikan kesiapan proyek dan menghindari komplikasi di kemudian hari. Kelengkapan dokumentasi dalam suatu proyek berdampak pada efektivitas manajemen proyek dan kualitas proyek. Jika dokumen-dokumen tersebut tidak dikelola dengan baik, dapat menimbulkan masalah pada saat dibutuhkan. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah sistem informasi dokumentasi proyek menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP membantu menyelesaikan persoalan kompleks dan tidak terstruktur dalam hierarki yang terstruktur dan mudah dipahami untuk membantu pemangku kepentingan menemukan dan mengakses dokumentasi proyek. Dengan menggunakan metode AHP, semua elemen dikelompokkan secara logis dan konsisten berdasarkan nilai rasio konsistensi kurang dari 10% yaitu sebesar 0,05. Sistem informasi dokumentasi proyek mendukung proses manajemen proyek mulai dari inisiasi proyek hingga penyelesaian dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Dokumentasi proyek dipantau secara online hampir secara real-time. Selain itu, informasi tentang dokumentasi proyek dapat dicari dan mudah diakses serta digunakan.

Documentation is a very important part, especially in the early stages of a project, to ensure project readiness and avoid complications later. The completeness of documentation in a project has an impact on the effectiveness of project management and project quality. If these documents are not managed properly, they can cause problems when needed. Therefore, a project documentation information system was created using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP helps solve complex, unstructured problems in a structured and easy-to-understand hierarchy to help stakeholders find and access project documentation. By using the AHP method, all elements are grouped logically and consistently based on a consistency ratio value of less than 10% or 0.05. Project documentation information systems support the project management process from project initiation to completion and achievement of organizational goals. Project documentation is monitored online in near real-time. Additionally, information about project documentation is searchable and easy to access and use.
