Abstract
Land ownership is a system that regulates the ownership, use and transfer of land rights, has
an important meaning in regulating land ownership issues in society. This study examines how
diverse land ownership affects socioeconomic dynamics and community development. Land
ownership supports sustainable livelihoods, housing security, and infrastructure development. This
provides people and communities access to economic resources, empowering them. Complex land
ownership issues include conflicts over ownership rights, legal uncertainty regarding land
certification, and environmental and policy changes that affect land access and sustainable use.
Socio-economic, legal, and environmental factors affect land ownership.
