Abstract

ABSTRAK
Tingginya buangan lumpur tinja di Kabupaten Klaten harus didukung dengan
instalasi pengolahan yang memadai. Instalasi Pengolahan Lumpur Tinja (IPLT)
Jomboran Kabupaten Klaten sudah tidak mampu menampung debit timbulan harian
yang masuk dan effluen belum memenuhi PermenLHK No.68 Tahun 2016. Selain
itu, banyak kerusakan pada sisi bangunan pengolahan dan belum memiliki unit
pemisah padatan-cairan. Perencanaan optimalisasi IPLT Jomboran didasarkan pada
evaluasi kinerja IPLT dan berdasarkan evaluasi tersebut akan disusun rencana
optimalisasi berupa detail engineering desain, estimasi biaya, dan SOP operasi�pemeliharaan. Pengembangan pelayanan IPLT Jomboran dengan jangkauan
pelayanan mencapai radius 15 km. Serta, peningkatan kapasitas IPLT Jomboran
dalam mengolah lumpur tinja mencapai 24,39 m3
/hari menggunakan 4 truk tinja
dengan 2 ritasi per harinya. Optimalisasi IPLT Jomboran dilakukan dengan
rehabilitasi bak pengumpul dan bar screen, pembangunan solid separation chamber
dan drying area, rehabilitasi kolam anaerobik-kolam fakultatif, substitusi kolam
maturasi menjadi kolam aerasi, pembangunan kolam sedimentasi, desinfeksi, dan
kolam indikator, serta rehabilitasi sludge drying bed. Biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk
konstruksi optimalisasi IPLT Jomboran Kabupaten Klaten ini mencapai Rp
3.700.000.000.

ABSTRACT
The high discharge of fecal sludge in Klaten Regency must be supported by an
adequate treatment plant. The Fecal Sludge Treatment Plant (STP) of Jomboran,
Klaten Regency is no longer able to accommodate the daily discharge and the
effluent does not meet the PermenLHK No.68 of 2016. In addition, there is a lot of
damage to the side of the processing building and does not yet have a solid-liquid
separation unit. The optimization planning of Jomboran STP is based on the
performance evaluation of the STP and based on the evaluation, an optimization
plan will be prepared in the form of detailed engineering design, cost estimation,
and operation-maintenance SOP. Service development of Jomboran STP with
service coverage reaching a radius of 15 km. Also, increasing the capacity of
Jomboran STP in treating septage to 24.39 m3/day using 4 septage trucks with 2
round trips per day. Optimization of Jomboran STP is carried out by rehabilitation
of collecting basin and bar screen, construction of solid separation chamber and
drying area, rehabilitation of anaerobic pond-facultative pond, substitution of
maturation pond into aeration pond, construction of sedimentation pond,
disinfection and indicator pond, and rehabilitation of sludge drying bed. The cost
required for the construction of the optimization of IPLT Jomboran Klaten Regency
is Rp 3,700,000,000.
