Abstract

ABSTRAK
(Agus Haryanto, 26010119120018. Perbedaan Pola Regulasi Ion Pada
Kerang Hijau (Perna viridis) dan Udang Jerbung (Penaeus merguiensis) di Perairan
Tambak Lorok, Semarang. Suryanti dan Oktavianto Eko Jati).
Salinitas yang mengandung ion Na+, Ca2+,K+ Mg2+ dan Cl- menjadi faktor
yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan kerang dan udang jerbung Kedua biota memiliki
peran ekonomis dan ekologis yang penting. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk
mengetahui kadar serta perbedaan pola ion elektrolit pada tubuh kerang hijau dan
udang jerbung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 8 September 2022 di perairan
Tambak Lorok, Semarang. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif
eksploratif dan untuk penentuan titik lokasi menggunakan Purposive Sampling
pada ketiga stasiun. Hasil yang didapat kadar ion elektrolit media kerang hijau
memiliki rata-rata Na+ 10,26 mg/kg H2O, K+ 0,35 mg/kg H2O, Ca2+ 0,41 mg/kg
H2O, Mg2+ 1,27 mg/kg H2O, Cl- 18,60 mg/kg H2O. Ion elektrolit haemolymph
kerang hijau rata-rata Na+ 10,11 mg/kg H2O, K+ 0,35 mg/kg H2O, Ca2+ 0,39 mg/kg
H2O, Mg2+ 1,2 mg/kg H2O, Cl- 17,95 mg/kg H2O. Sedangkan ion elektrolit media
udang jerbung memiliki rata-rata Na+ 10,16 mg/kg H2O, K+ 0,36 mg/kg H2O, Ca2+
0,40 mg/kg H2O, Mg2+ 1,22 mg/kg H2O, Cl- 18,53 mg/kg H2O. Ion elektrolit
haemolymph udang jerbung rata-rata Na+ 9,58 mg/kg H2O , K+ 0,35 mg/kg H2O ,
Ca2+ 0,35 mg/kg H2O , Mg2+ 1,5 mg/kg H2O , Cl- 17,53 mg/kg H2O. Pola regulasi
ionik udang jerbung relatif stabil dalam kondisi hipoionik. Sedangkan pada kerang
hijau cenderung bervariasi yakni dalam kondisi hiperionik, hipoionik dan isoionik.
Habitat terbaik kerang hijau ada di pelabuhan (stasiun I) karena terdapat 5 ekor
kerang dalam kondisi isoionik. Sedangkan dari ketiga stasiun kurang baik bagi
udang jerbung, karena tidak ada yang dalam kondisi isoionik.

ABSTRACT

in Green Mussels (Perna viridis) and White Shrimp (Penaeus merguiensis) in
Tambak Lorok Waters, Semarang. Suryanti and Oktavianto Eko Jati).
The density of community activities in Tambak Lorok waters and the
deterioration in water quality conditions tend to affect the survival of aquatic
organisms, such as green mussels and white shrimp. The limiting factor for the
distribution of biota is salinity containing electrolyte ions that are useful for biota
for its survival, such as Na+, Ca2+, K+, Mg2+ and Cl-. Both biota have important
economic and ecological roles. The purpose of this study was to determine the levels
and differences in electrolyte ion patterns in the bodies of green mussels and
jerbung shrimp. This research was carried out on September 8, 2022 in the waters
of Tambak Lorok, Semarang. The research method uses exploratory descriptive
methods and for location determination using Purposive Sampling at all three
stations. The results obtained were that the electrolyte ion levels of the green mussel
media were average Na+ 10.26 mg/kg H2O, K+ 0.35 mg/kg H2O, Ca2+ 0.41 mg/kg
H2O, Mg2+ 1.27 mg/kg H2O, Cl- 18.60 mg/kg H2O. Average green mussel
haemolymph electrolyte ions Na+ 10.11 mg/kg H2O, K+ 0.35 mg/kg H2O, Ca2+ 0.39
mg/kg H2O, Mg2+ 1.2 mg/kg H2O, Cl- 17.95 mg/kg H2O. While the electrolyte ion
levels of white shrimp media have an average of Na+ 10.16 mg / kg H2O, K + 0.36
mg / kg H2O, Ca2+ 0.40 mg / kg H2O, Mg2+ 1.22 mg / kg H2O, Cl- 18.53 mg / kg
H2O. Average electrolyte ions of haemolymph white shrimp Na+ 9.58 mg / kg H2O,
K+ 0.35 mg / kg H2O, Ca2+ 0.35 mg / kg H2O, Mg2+ 1.5 mg/kg H2O, Cl- 17.53 mg/kg
H2O. The ionic regulation pattern of white shrimp is relatively stable under
hypoionic conditions. While green mussels tend to vary, namely in hyperionic,
hypoionic and isoionic conditions. This is due to the changing environmental
conditions at station III. The best habitat for green mussels is in the port (station I)
because there are 5 mussels in isoionic conditions. While from the three stations it
is not good for jerbung shrimp, because none of them are in isoionic conditions.
