Abstract

Desa Wisata Kauman Kidul merupakan salah satu destinasi pariwisata dengan daya tarik alam berupa pertanian yang terletak di Kecamatan Sidorejo Kota Salatiga. Pengembangan dan pengelolaan Desa Wisata Kauman Kidul dilakukan oleh komunitas masyarakat yaitu Kelompok Sadar Wisata Sitalang. Agar dapat mencapai keberlanjutan, pengelolaan pariwisata perlu untuk memperhatikan dimensi-dimensi keberlanjutan dalam Community Based Tourism yang mencakup dimensi ekonomi, sosial, budaya, lingkungan dan politik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keberlanjutan pengelolaan Desa Wisata Kauman Kidul berdasarkan pendekatan Community Based Tourism (CBT). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis skoring.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keberlanjutan pengelolaan Desa Wisata Kauman Kidul secara multidimensi menunjukan status cukup berkelanjutan. Dimensi sosial merupakan dimensi yang paling kuat diantara semua dimensi Community Based Tourism dan termasuk dalam kategori berkelanjutan, sedangkan dimensi lainnya yaitu dimensi budaya, dimensi ekonomi, dimensi politik dan dimensi lingkungan termasuk dalam kategori cukup berkelanjutan. Keberlanjutan pengelolaan pada dimensi sosial sangat dipengaruhi oleh terdapatnya manajemen komunitas organisasi dan peningkatan kebanggaan masyarakat. Keberlanjutan pengelolaan pada dimensi budaya sangat dipengaruhi oleh pendorong masyarakat untuk menghormati budaya yang berbeda. Keberlanjutan pengelolaan pada dimensi ekonomi sangat dipengaruhi oleh peluang kerja. Keberlanjutan pada dimensi politik sangat dipengaruhi oleh jaminan terhadap hak-hak pengelolaan. Keberlanjutan pengelolaan pada dimensi lingkungan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesadaran akan konservasi lingkungan. Rekomendasi strategi yang dapat dilakukan dalam peningkatan keberlanjutan pengelolaan yaitu mempertahankan dan mengoptimalkan kawasan pertanian dengan lanskap alami sebagai ciri khas pariwisata berbasis pertanian, meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengembangan dan pengelolaan pariwisata, inisiasi dana komunitas untuk pengembangan masyarakat, meningkatkan pemanfaatan pertanian sebagai fungsi pariwisata yang disertai dengan pemahaman terhadap daya dukung lingkungan, peningkatan kerja sama, mendorong masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah wisata dan pemanfaatannya guna menghasilkan produk bernilai ekonomi, serta sosialisasi terkait lingkungan khususnya pemanfaatan sampah wisata, daya dukung lingkungan serta pemanfaatan sempadan sungai dan irigasi.

Kauman Kidul Tourism Village is a natural tourism destination in the form of agriculture located in Sidorejo District, Salatiga City. The development and management of Kauman Kidul Tourism Village is carried out by the local community, namely the Pokdarwis Sitalang. To achieve sustainability, tourism management needs to pay attention to the dimensions of sustainability in Community Based Tourism which includes economic, social, cultural, environmental, and political dimensions. This study aims to examine the sustainability of the management of the Kauman Kidul Tourism Village based on the Community Based Tourism (CBT) approach. This type of research is descriptive with qualitative and quantitative methods with scoring analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the multidimensional sustainability of the management of the Kauman Kidul Tourism Village shows a fairly sustainable status. The social dimension is the strongest dimension among all Community Based Tourism dimensions and is included in the sustainable category, while the other dimensions, namely the cultural dimension, the economic dimension, the political dimension, and the environmental dimension are included in the fairly sustainable category. Sustainability of management on the social dimension is influenced by the management of social organizations and increased community pride. Sustainability of management on the cultural dimension is influenced by the community's encouragement to respect different cultures. The sustainability of management in the economic dimension is influenced by employment opportunities. Sustainability in the political dimension is influenced by guarantees of management rights. Sustainability of management on the environmental dimension is influenced by awareness of environmental sustainability. The strategy for improving sustainable management is to maintain and optimize agricultural areas with landscapes as a characteristic of agriculture-based tourism, increase community involvement in tourism development and management, initiate community funds for community development, increase the use of agriculture as a tourism function accompanied by an understanding of the potential carrying capacity of the environment , increasing cooperation, encouraging the community in tourism waste management and its utilization to produce products that have economic value, as well as socialization regarding the environment, especially the use of tourism waste, the carrying capacity of environmental tourism and the use of riverbanks and irrigation.
