Abstract

This study was conducted at Fave Hotel Tasikmalaya which discusses the
study on English Class Activities at Fave Hotel Tasikmalaya. This study aims to
describe the importance of using English in hospitality, to describe the benefits of
training English in hospitality, and to describe the activity of hotel employees in
training English. The research methods used were observation, interview, and
library research. The contents of this study are about the process of English class
activities at Fave Hotel Tasikmalaya. At this time, hotel employees at Fave Hotel
Tasikmalaya need to improve their English skills, especially in terms of reading,
writing, and speaking. English language materials provided to hotel employees
include greetings in formal language, reservation hotel, vocabulary in hospitality,
how to be politely in English, and how to order food in English. The steps and
suggestions that the hotel must take are to schedule regular English class activities
as training for hotel employees to improve their English skills. This is necessary
because of the importance of the use of English in the hospitality sector.
