Satelit Multitemporal Di Kawasan Mangrove Segara Anakan, Kabupaten Cilacap.

Segara Anakan adalah sebuah laguna besar yang terletak di pantai selatan
Jawa Tengah. Pesatnya tingkat perubahan tutupan lahan menjadi masalah dan
ancaman terhadap ekosistem mangrove seperti pencemaran lingkungan dan
konversi tutupan lahan mangrove untuk kepentingan lain seperti pembukaan lahan
persawahan dan pembuatan tambak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui
perubahan trend tutupan lahan mangrove, penggunaan tutupan lahan, dan
perubahan ekosistem mangorve di Segara Anakan selama 31 tahun. Metode yang
digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu klasifikasi terbimbing atau Supervised
Classification kemudian menggunakan accuracy validasi data lapangan dan data
citra. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2022 dengan pengambilan
data ground check di Segara Anakan. Perubahan trend tutupan lahan mangrove
selama 31 Tahun mendapatkan hasil luasan tutupan lahan mangrove pada tahun
1990 memiliki luasan yang tertinggi yaitu sebesar 7.955,01 Ha (82,51%), tahun
2003 sebesar 7.134,52 Ha (75,33%) dan mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2021
yaitu sebesar 6.946,89 Ha (73,64%). Perubahan penggunaan lahan periode 1990-
2003 yang signifikan adalah lahan mangrove menjadi tambak sebesar 535,16 Ha,
badan air menjadi mangrove sebesar 435,11 Ha, dan mangrove menjadi persawahan
sebesar 312,25 Ha. Periode 2003-2021 perubahan lahan yang signifikan adalah
mangrove menjadi badan air sebesar 906, 47 Ha, tambak menjadi mangrove sebesar
572,88 Ha, badan air menjadi mangrove sebesar 475,72 Ha, dan mangrove menjadi
tambak sebesar 469,10 Ha. Dampak yang terjadi akibat degradasi tersebut adalah
abrasi garis pantai, pendangkalan dan terbentuk daratan baru (akresi), intrusi air
laut, penurunan keanekaragaman hayati.

Segara Anakan is a large lagoon located on the south coast of Central Java.
The rapid rate of change in land cover is a problem and a threat to mangrove
ecosystems such as environmental pollution and conversion of mangrove land
cover for other purposes such as clearing rice fields and making ponds. The
purpose of this study was to determine changes in the trend of mangrove land cover,
land cover use, and changes in mangrove ecosystems in Segara Anakan for 31
years. The method used in this study is supervised classification and then use field
data and image data validation accuracy. This research was carried out in October
2022 by taking ground check data in Segara Anakan, Cilacap Regency. Changes in
the trend of mangrove land cover for 31 years showed that the area of mangrove
land cover in 1990 had the highest area of 7,955.01 Ha (82.51%), in 2003 it was
7,134.52 Ha (75.33%) and experienced a decrease in 2021 that is 6,946.89 Ha
(73.64%). Significant land use changes in the 1990-2003 period were mangrove
land turning into ponds of 535.16 Ha, bodies of water turning into mangroves of
435.11 Ha, and mangroves turning into rice fields of 312.25 Ha. The period 2003-
2021 significant land changes were mangroves turning into bodies of water of
906.47 Ha, ponds turning into mangroves of 572.88 Ha, bodies of water turning
into mangroves of 475.72 Ha, and mangroves into ponds of 469.10 Ha. The impacts
that occur as a result of this degradation are shoreline abrasion, siltation and the
formation of new land (acretion), seawater intrusion, and a decrease in
biodiversity.
