Covid-19 berdampak pada usaha UMKM yaitu menyebabkan pasar ikan hias khususnya ikan koi mengalami penurunan atau kenaikan karena situasi Covid19 banyak berdampak negatif atau positif. Pada tanggal 28 Mei 2020 Pemerintah Pusat menyampaikan Protokol Masyarakat Produktif dan Aman Covid-19 menuju New Normal, berdampingan dengan Covid-19. Dengan demikian pada tahun 2022 sudah ada SKB New Normal yang dapat menyebabkan perubahan di sektor perikanan, khususnya bagi pembudidaya ikan koi. Penelitian ini dinilai perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh New Normal terhadap faktor produksi dan pemasaran ikan koi pasca pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor produksi dan pemasaran budidaya ikan koi (Cyprinus rubrofuscus) di Desa Karangsangrahan Kecamatan Kluar, Magelang Kabupaten. Penelitian dilakukan pada September hingga Desember 2022. Data diambil dari 4 pembudidaya ikan koi (Cyprinus rubrofuscus) sebagai responden, yang berdomisili di Desa Karangsangrahan, Kecamatan Kluar, Kabupaten Magelang. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan metode wawancara langsung dengan 4 pembudidaya ikan koi (Cyprinus rubrofuscus) di Desa Karangsangrahan, Kecamatan Kluar, Kabupaten Magelang, hasil yang diperoleh adalah penerapan New Normal tahun 2022 yang mempengaruhi produksi ikan koi di Pokdakan Maju Lestari yang meningkat sebesar 16,67% dari tahun 2021. Selain itu, hasil yang diperoleh adalah New Normal mempengaruhi seluruh responden, yaitu responden 2 dan 3 menjelaskan bahwa harga ikan koi pada masa New Normal mengalami kenaikan sebesar 2.000-3.000. sedangkan responden 1 menyatakan bahwa dengan adanya New Normal, harga ikan koi mulai stabil. Responden memasarkan ikan koi secara offline dan online Hasil wawancara dengan seluruh responden juga menjelaskan bahwa semua pasar kembali dibuka dengan New Normal selain itu acara kompetisi ikan hias juga sudah mulai digelar sehingga memperluas pemasaran ikan koi. Hal ini dikarenakan New Normal yang ditandai dengan dibukanya kembali pasar-pasar yang semula ditutup karena pandemi Covid-19 dan juga event lomba ikan hias yang sudah mulai diadakan kembali sehingga harga jual ikan koi mulai meningkat dan cenderung stabil dibandingkan saat pandemi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa New Normal mempengaruhi proses produksi dan pemasaran ikan koi (Cyprinus rubrofuscus) di Desa Karangsangrahan Kecamatan Kluar Kabupaten Magelang.

Covid-19 had an impact on MSME businesses, namely causing the market for ornamental fish, especially koi fish, to experience a decrease or increase because the Covid-19 situation had many negative or positive impacts. On May 28, 2020 the Central Government delivered the Covid-19 Productive and Safe Society Protocol towards the New Normal, coexisting with Covid-19. Thus in 2022 there will already be a New Normal decree which can cause changes in the fisheries sector, especially for koi fish cultivators. This research is considered necessary to be conducted to determine the effect of New Normal on production and marketing factors of koi fish after the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors of production and marketing of koi fish farming (Cyprinus rubrofuscus) in Karangsangrahan Village, Kluar District, Magelang Regency during the New Normal. The research method approach used is a qualitative study by conducting direct interviews with koi fish cultivators (Cyprinus rubrofuscus) in Karangsangrahan Village, Kluar District, Magelang Regency. The research was conducted from September to December 2022. Data was taken from 4 koi fish farmers (Cyprinus rubrofuscus) as a respondent, who is domiciled in Karangsangrahan Village, Kluar District, Magelang Regency. Based on the research that has been done by direct interview method with 4 koi fish cultivators (Cyprinus rubrofuscus) in Karangsangrahan Village, Kluar District, Magelang Regency, the results obtained were the implementation of the New Normal in 2022 which affected the production of koi fish in the Pokdakan Maju Lestari, which increased by 16.67% from 2021. In addition, the results obtained were that New Normal affected all respondents, namely respondents 2 and 3 explain that the price of koi fish during the New Normal has increased by 2,000-3,000. while respondent 1 stated that with the New Normal, koi fish prices began to stabilize. Respondents market koi fish offline and online. The results of interviews with all respondents also explained that all markets were open again with the New Normal besides that ornamental fish competition events had also begun to be held so as to expand the marketing of koi fish. This is due to the New Normal which is marked by the reopening of markets which were originally closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic and also the ornamental fish competition event which has started to be held again so that the selling price of koi fish has begun to increase and tends to be stable compared to during the pandemic. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the New Normal affects the production and marketing process of koi fish (Cyprinus rubrofuscus) in Karangsangrahan Village, Kluar District, Magelang Regency.
