Abstract
ABSTRAK
(Siti Nur Khoni. 26010216140075. Analisis Pemasaran Ikan Bandeng (Chanos chanos) Hasil Budidaya di Desa Bangsri Kecamatan Bulakamba Tita Elfitasari dan Dicky Harwanto).
Ikan bandeng merupakan salah satu jenis ikan air payau yang banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia karena teknologi budidaya yang mudah, nilai gizi yang tinggi dan memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi. Faktor keberhasilan usaha tambak dipengaruhi oleh kualitas air yang baik (layak), tanah tambak yang subur, terhindari dari gangguan hama dan penyakit, terhindar dari bahaya banjir, dan keamanan tambak. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif ini dilakukan di Desa Bangsri dan Kluwut Kecamatan Bulakamba Kabupaten Brebes dengan 9 orang responden yang terdiri dari 3 pembudidaya, 3 pengepul dan 3 pelapak pasar, yang dimana antar responden memiliki keterkaitan satu sama lain. Pemilihan lokasi dan responden dilakukan dengan metode purposive dan snowball. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alur pemasaran dan farmer’s share ikan bandeng hasil budidaya di Desa Bangsri. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat 3 alur pemasaran ikan bandeng, yaitu alur pemasaran I (pembudidaya, pengepul, pelapak pasar, pengecer dan konsumen akhir), alur pemasaran II (pembudidaya, pengepul, pelapak pasar dan pabrik), alur pemasaran III (pembudidaya, pengepul, pelapak pasar, rumah makan dan konsumen akhir. Sedangkan yang dipasarkan ada 3 size kelompok yaitu size 9-12 (1 kg isi 9-12 ekor), size 6-8 (1 kg isi 6-8 ekor) dan size 3-5 (1 kg isi 3-5 ekor).

ABSTRACT
(Siti Nur Khoni. 26010216140075. Marketing Analysis of Cultivated Milkfish (Chanos chanos) in Bangsri Village, Bulakamba District Tita Elfitasari and Dicky Harwanto). Milkfish is a type of brackish water fish that is widely cultivated in Indonesia because of its easy cultivation technology, high nutritional value and high economic value. The success factor of a pond business is influenced by good (proper) water quality, fertile pond soil, avoiding pests and diseases, avoiding the danger of flooding, and pond safety. This research using a qualitative method was conducted in Bangsri and Kluwut Villages, Bulakamba District, Brebes Regency with 9 respondents consisting of 3 cultivators, 3 collectors and 3 market vendors, where the respondents were related to one another. The selection of locations and respondents was carried out using purposive and snowball methods. This study aims to determine the marketing flow and farmer's share of milkfish cultured in Bangsri Village. The results showed that there were 3 marketing channels for milkfish, namely marketing channel I (cultivators, collectors, market participants, retailers and final consumers), marketing channel II (cultivators, collectors, market participants and factories), marketing channel III (cultivators, collectors,
market vendors, restaurants and end consumers.While there are 3 group sizes marketed, namely size 9-12 (1 kg contains 9-12 heads), size 6-8 (1 kg contains 6-8 heads) and size 3-5 (1 kg contains 3-5 tails).
