Abstract

Tiartavika Yahya. 26030118120004. Analisis Kinerja Koperasi Serba
Usaha (KSU) Tongkol di Kecamatan Paciran, Kabupaten Lamongan, Jawa Timur (Bogi Budi Jayanto dan Dian Wijayanto).
Koperasi Serba Usaha Tongkol merupakan koperasi yang berdiri sejak
tahun 2008 dan bergerak dalam bidang perikanan untuk meningkatkan
kesejahteraan nelayan. Unit usaha yang dikelola oleh KSU Tongkol Kabupaten
Lamongan diantaranya adalah Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI), Toko atau
WASERDA, Simpan Pinjam (SP) dan Unit Excavator. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk mengetahui unit usaha dalam bidang perikanan yang dikelola KSU
Tongkol, serta menganalisis kinerja KSU Tongkol di Kabupaten Lamongan.
Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data
adalah observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang
digunakan adalah analisis Balanced Scorecard (BSC), analisis rasio likuiditas,
rasio solvabilitas dan rasio rentabilitas. Kinerja KSU Tongkol Kabupaten
Lamongan dengan menggunakan analisis Balanced Scorecard (BSC) total
keseluruhan dari 4 perspektif yaitu 80,75%. Nilai tersebut menunjukan bahwa
KSU Tongkol Kabupaten Lamongan dinyatakan kinerjanya termasuk dalam
kategori berhasil. Hasil pengukuran kinerja Balanced Scorecard dengan 4
perspektif yaitu pada perspektif finansial indikator current ratio sebesar 8,3%,
indikator solvabilitas sebesar 8,3% dan indikator rentabilitas sebesar 8,3%; pada
perspektif pelanggan indikator “kesesuaian dalam hasil pelayanan yang diberikan”
sebesar 12,5%, indikator “fasilitas yang memadai” sebesar 12,5%; pada perspektif
bisnis internal sebesar 5,75%; pada perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran
indikator “kepuasan karyawan” sebesar 28,5%; dan indikator “sistem karier atau
pelatihan karyawan” sebesar 12,7%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat
dinyatakan kinerja KSU Tongkol baik dengan persentase 80,75% ditinjau dari
empat perspektif menunjukan kategori koperasi berhasil.

The Tongkol Multi-Business Cooperative is a cooperative that was founded
in 2008 and is engaged in fisheries to improve the welfare of fishermen. The
business units managed by the MBC Tongkol Lamongan Regency include Fish
Auction Places, Shops, Savings and Loans and Excavator Units. This study aims
to determine the business unit in the field of fisheries managed by the MBC
Tongkol, as well as to analyze the performance of the MBC Tongkol in Lamongan
Regency. This research method is a descriptive method with data collection
methods are observation, interviews, literature and documentation. The analysis
used is the analysis of the Balanced Scorecard, ratio solvability, rasio liquidity
and ratio profitability. The performance of the MBC Tongkol in Lamongan
Regency using the total Balanced Scorecard analysis from 4 perspectives is
80,75%. This value indicates that the MBC Tongkol of Lamongan Regency is
declared to be in the successful category. The results of the performance
measurement of the Balanced Scorecard with 4 perspectives, namely in the
financial perspective the current ratio indicator is 8,3%, the solvency indicator is
8,3% and the profitability indicator is 8,3%; from the customer perspective
indicator in result of the service provided is 12,5%, the indicator for a adequate
facilities is 12,5%; on the internal business perspective of 5,75%; on the
perspective of growth and learning indicators of employee satisfaction by 12,5%;
and career system indicators or employee training 12,5%. Based on the results of
the study, it can be stated that the performance of the MBC Tongkol with
persentation is 80,75% is good and viewed from four perspectives it shows a good
management category.
