Terjadinya Eutrofikasi Berdasarkan TRIX Global Model PISCES Biogeokimia dan
Radiasi Aktif Fotosintesis (Lilik Maslukah dan Sri Yulina Wulandari)
Eutrofikasi perairan yang dapat memicu peningkatan proses biologis dan
pertumbuhan alga sehingga terjadi alga-blooming maupun HBAs pada suatu
perairan. Potensi eutrofikasi perairan meningkat di kondisi tingginya intensitas
penyinaran matahari pada cakupan Photosynthetically Available Radiation (PAR),
rendahnya proses hidro-oseanografi. Sehingga, diperlukan monitoring
berkelanjutan berkaitan kondisi trofik perairan dan intensitas penyinaran matahari
pada cakupan Photosynthetically Available Radiation (PAR) secara berkelanjutan
agar dapat dilakukan mitigasi dan pencegahan terjadinya eutrofikasi dalam
variabilitas musimannya. Penggunaan Data model Global Model Ocean PISCES
Biogeochemistry digunakan sebagai penentuan kondisi trofik perairan.
Selanjutnya, Analisis spasial potensi eutrofikasi dilakukan dengan melakukan
overlay pada sebaran data spasial PAR dan nilai TRIX pada perairan, sehingga
didapatkan peta spasial potensi eutrofikasi. Multi Korelasi Pearson juga digunakan
untuk melihat parameter dominan yang berperan kuat dalam potensi eutrofikasi
pada area fokus penelitian, yang antara lain: Teluk Jakarta, Teluk Semarang, Teluk
Timika, Perairan Kalimantan Selatan, Perairan Kalimantan Barat, Selat Sunda,
Selat Madura, Selat Bali, dan Selat Lombok. Variabilitas musiman TRIX di
Perairan Indonesia diduga sangat didominasi dengan pola monsoon. Bagian selatan
Kepulauan Indonesia pada musim timur nilai TRIX cenderung lebih tinggi pada
selatan pulau, pada musim barat nilai TRIX cenderung lebih tinggi pada utara pulau,
dan pada wilayah utara Indonesia nilai TRIX cenderung tinggi pada musim
peralihan. Variabilitas musiman potensi eutrofikasi sangat dipengaruhi pola
monsun yang mempengaruhi nilai TRIX dan arus permukaan, serta pengaruh gerak
semu matahari yang berpengaruh tingginya intensitas penyinaran matahari. Potensi
eutrofikasi pada fokus area penelitian mengacu wilayah dengan TRIX tinggi, PAR
optimum, dan hidro-oseanografi rendah akan semakin tinggi potensi eutrofikasi,
antara lain: Teluk Jakarta dan Selat Madura.

Eutrophication Based on TRIX from Global Model of Pisces Biogeochemistry and
Photosynthetically Available Radiation (PAR) (Lilik Maslukah dan Sri Yulina
Wulandari).
Eutrophication can lead to increasing biological processes and algae
growth due to algal blooms or HBAs in a water. The Potential for eutrophication
increases in high intensity of solar irradiation in scope Photosynthetically
Available Radiation (PAR), lower oceanographic processes. Hence, continuous
monitoring is needed regarding the trophic condition of waters and the intensity of
solar irradiation in the coverage of Photosynthetically Available Radiation (PAR)
in a sustainable way for mitigation and prevention from eutrophication in seasonal
variability. Global Ocean Model PISCES Biogeochemistry model data was used to
estimate aquatic trophic conditions. Furthermore, spatial analysis of potential
eutrophication is performed by overlapping spatial data of PAR and TRIX in
waters, hence spatial maps of potential eutrophication are generated. Pearson's
Multi Correlation also used to look for dominant parameters that strongly
contribute for eutrophication potential in the research focus area: Jakarta Bay,
Semarang Bay, Timika Bay, South Borneo Waters, West Borneo Waters, Sunda
Strait, Madura Strait, Bali Strait, and Lombok Strait. The seasonal variability of
TRIX in Indonesian waters is indicated to be strongly dominated by the monsoon
pattern, where in the southern part of Indonesia Islands in the east season TRIX
values trend higher in the southern islands, in the west season TRIX values trend
higher in the north of the island, and in the northern part of Indonesia Islands TRIX
values trend high in the transition season. The seasonal variability of
eutrophication potential is strongly influenced by monsoon patterns that affect
TRIX values and surface currents, as well as the influence of solar pseudo-motion
which affects the high intensity of solar irradiation. The potential for eutrophication
in the focus of the research area refers to where areas with high TRIX, optimum
PAR, and low oceanography will have higher eutrophication potential, namely:
Jakarta Bay and Madura Strait.
