Abstract

ABSTRAK
Ardiansyah Bhakti Laksono, 26030118120036. Analisis Pemasaran
Rajungan (Portunus sp) di Kabupaten Tuban (Dian Wijayanto dan Bambang
Argo Wibowo).
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Tuban, Jawa Timur yang
merupakan daerah dengan produksi rajungan yang tinggi. Penelitian dilaksanakan
pada bulan Agustus 2022 dengan mengambil responden dari 6 Desa penghasil
rajungan terbanyak di Kabupaten Tuban yaitu Desa Karangagung, Gersikharjo,
Kradenan, Socorejo, Gadon, dan Bulujowo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk
menganalisis distribusi pemasaran rajungan, efisiensi pemasaran setiap lembaga
pemasaran, marjin pemasaran, dan fisherman’s share. Data yang dikumpulkan
berupa data primer yang didapat secara langsung melalui wawancara, observasi,
dan pengamatan langsung serta data sekunder yang berasal dari Dinas Peternakan
dan Perikanan Kabupaten Tuban selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan
pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode purposive sampling untuk pengambilan sampel
masing-masing subjek penelitian dan snowball sampling untuk mengetahui
jaringan distribusi pemasaran rajungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat dua
saluran pemasaran rajungan di Kabupaten Tuban dimana saluran pemasaran
pertama dari nelayan dijual menuju bakul dan mengarah pada konsumen lokal dan
saluran pemasaran rajungan dari nelayan dibeli bakul, dijual ke miniplant dan
rajungan daging dijual ke eksportir selanjutnya mengarah pada konsumen ekspor.
Saluran pemasaran pertama, nilai fisherman’s share sebesar 70%, nilai efisiensi
bakul sebesar 8% dan marjin sebesar Rp.15.000. Saluran pemasaran kedua, nilai
fisherman’s share sebesar 49%, efisiensi pemasaran bakul sebesar 2,3% dengan
marjin pemasaran Rp.2000 dan nilai efisiensi pemasaran miniplant sebesar 26,5%
dengan marjin sebesar Rp.34.417. Sebagian besar pemasaran rajungan di
Kabupaten Tuban menggunakan saluran pemasaran dua.

Swimming Crab (Portunus sp.) at Tuban Regency (Dian Wijayanto and Bambang
Argo Wibowo).
This research was conducted in Tuban Regency, East Java, which is an area
with high crab production. The study was conducted in August 2022 by taking
respondents from six villages that produce the most crabs in Tuban Regency,
namely Karangagung, Gersikharjo, Kradenan, Socorejo, Gadon, and Bulujowo.
The purpose of this research was to analyze the distribution of crab marketing, the
efficiency of each marketing institution, the marketing margin, and the fisherman's
share. The data collected were primary data obtained directly through interviews,
observations, and direct observations, as well as secondary data from Dinas
Perikanan dan Peternakan in Tuban Regency, which were then analyzed
descriptively using a quantitative approach. The purposive sampling method was
used to take samples of each research subject, and snowball sampling was used to
determine the distribution network of crab marketing. The results of the study
showed that there were two channels of crab marketing in Tuban Regency, where
the first marketing channel from the fishermen was sold to the fish monger and
directed towards local consumers, and the crab meat from the second marketing
channel was bought by the fish monger, sold to the mini-plant, and the crab meat
was sold to the exporter, which then directed towards export consumers. In the first
marketing channel, the value of the fisherman's share was 70%, the value of the fish
monger efficiency was 8%, and the margin was Rp.15,000. In the second marketing
channel, the value of the fisherman's share was 49%, the efficiency value of the fish
monger marketing was 2.3% with a marketing margin of Rp.2000, and the
efficiency value of the mini-plant marketing was 26.5% with a margin of Rp.34,417.
Most of the crab marketing in Tuban Regency uses the second marketing channel.
