Disease (COVID-19) Terhadap Faktor Produksi dan Pemasaran Budidaya Ikan
Lele (Clarias sp.) di Kecamatan Sawit, Kampung Lele, Boyolali, Jawa Tengah
(Tita Elfitasari dan Sarjito)
Indonesia turut merasakan kerugian dalam hal perekonomian di berbagai
sektor akibat pandemi Covid-19. Adanya kebijakan Social dan Physical Distancing
menjadikan proses jual beli terhambat. Salah satu contohnya yaitu kegiatan
budidaya ikan lele di Boyolali yang terkena dampak dari wabah Covid-19. Salah
satu dampak yang mereka rasakan adalah menurunnya permintaan konsumen akan
ikan lele hal ini dikarenakan dampak COVID-19 membuat konsumen lebih fokus
dalam hal kesehatan. Selain harga ikan yang menurun dampak Covid-19 ini
menyebabkan harga pakan ikan cenderung tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengkaji pengaruh Covid-19 terhadap faktor produksi dan pemasaran ikan lele di
Kecamatan Sawit, Kampung Lele, Boyolali, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini
menggunakan indikator dari faktor produksi budidaya ikan yang terdiri dari benih,
pakan, tenaga kerja, dan kapur. Selain itu faktor produksi penelitian ini
menggunakan indikator dari faktor pemasaran yang terdiri dari produk, harga,
tempat, dan promosi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan
pembagian kuesioner sebanyak 50 responden. Hasil penelitian penunjukan bahwa
Covid-19 memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap faktor produksi (sig
0,000) namun tidak memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap faktor
pemasaran (sig 0,202) budidaya ikan lele di Kecamatan Sawit, Kampung Lele,
Boyolali, Jawa Tengah. Hal demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa covid-19
memberikan dampak terhadap faktor produksi ikan lele, hal ini disebabkan karena
adanya kebijakan PSBB sehingga harga pakan dan benih ikan lele meningkat
namun hasil budidaya ikan lele tidak dapat dipasarkan seperti biasanya.

Indonesia also feels the loss in terms of the economy in various sectors due
to the Covid-19 pandemic. Social and Physical Distancing policies hampered the
buying and selling process. One example is the catfish farming activity in Boyolali
which was affected by the Covid-19 outbreak. One of the impacts they feel is the
decline in consumer demand for catfish, this is because the impact of COVID-19
has made consumers more focused on health. In addition to declining fish prices,
the impact of Covid-19 has caused fish feed prices to tend to be high. This study
aims to examine the influence of Covid-19 on the production and marketing factors
of catfish in Sub-District, Kampung Lele, Boyolali, Central Java. This study uses
indicators of fish farming production factors consisting of seeds, feed, labor, and
chalk. In addition, the production factors of this study use indicators from
marketing factors consisting of products, prices, places, and promotions. The data
obtained were analyzed quantitatively by distributing questionnaires to 50
respondens. The results showed that Covid-19 had a significant effect on
production factors (sig 0.000) but did not significantly affect marketing factors (sig
0.202) in catfish farming in Sub-District, Kampung Lele, Boyolali, Central Java. It
can be concluded that Covid-19 had an impact on the production factor of catfish,
this was due to the PSBB policy so that the price of catfish feed and seeds increased
but the results of catfish farming could not be marketed as usual.
