Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi pada era globalisasi memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam memperoleh informasi, khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan. Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) yang tepat harus dibuat oleh pendidik sebagai pendukung keberhasilan dalam memajukan proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran di sekolah. RPP yang ada saat ini masih dievaluasi menggunakan sistem manual (tulisan tangan), sehingga membatasi kemampuan guru dalam mengelola dan membuat RPP yang harus selalu aktual. Penelitian ini menekankan penggunaan sistem informasi untuk menilai kualitas rencana pembelajaran guru berdasarkan komponen permendikbud no 22 tahun 2016. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem informasi yang dikembangkan mempengaruhi perilaku pengguna dalam menggunakan sistem informasi untuk mengevaluasi kualitas RPP. Sistem menerima data primer dan sekunder sebagai input, dan proses internal membangun sistem informasi menggunakan metode SDLC Waterfall. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan TAM untuk menilai penerimaan sistem dan menghasilkan keluaran berupa seberapa tinggi tingkat penerimaan sistem. Sampel uji (n = 42) terdiri dari guru SMP Negeri 09 Kota Semarang, dan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini konstruknya adalah kemudahan, kemanfaatan, serta penerimaan IT untuk dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil yang didapat memperlihatkan bahwa variabel kemudahan dan variabel kemanfaatan berpengaruh positif terhadap penerimaan IT. Kesimpulannya ialah pengguna dapat menerima sistem informasi penilaian kualitas RPP.

Advances in information technology in the era of globalization have a significant impact on obtaining information, especially in the field of education. An appropriate Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) must be made by educators as a supporter of success in advancing the process of education and learning in schools. The current RPP is still being evaluated using a manual (handwritten) system, thereby limiting the teacher's ability to manage and make lesson plans which must always be up-to-date. This study emphasizes the use of information systems to assess the quality of teacher learning plans based on the components of Permendikbud no 22 of 2016. The purpose of this study is to use the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to find out how the developed information system influences user behavior in using information systems to evaluate the quality of lesson plans. The system accepts primary and secondary data as input, and internal processes build information systems using the SDLC Waterfall method. The analysis in this study uses TAM to assess system acceptance and produce output in the form of how high the level of system acceptance is. The test sample (n = 42) consisted of teachers at SMP Negeri 09 Semarang City, and data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. In this research, the constructs are convenience, usefulness, and acceptance of IT to be analyzed using SmartPLS. The results obtained show that the convenience variable and expediency variable have a positive effect on IT acceptance. The conclusion is that users can accept the RPP quality assessment information system.
