Batang (Baskoro Rochaddi dan Sugeng Widada)
Pantai Segolok merupakan pantai yang berada di wilayah utara kabupaten
Batang, provinsi Jawa Tengah merupakan salah satu pantai wisata yang ada di
kabupaten Batang. Semakin berkembangnya aktifitas yang ada di daerah pantai
juga akan mempengaruhi tingkat sedimentasi di pantai tersebut. Tujuan dari
penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis sedimen dasar yang ada di pantai
Segolok dan mengetahui pola arus dan pengaruhnya. Pengambilan data sedimen
dan arus dilakukan di daerah penelitian. Sampel sedimen dasar diambil
menggunakan sedimen grab dan pengambilan data arus menggunakan bola duga.
Sampel sedimen dasar diolah menggunakan metode pengayakan dan pemipetan.
Sedangkan pemodelan data arus menggunakan software MIKE 21. Hasil dari
penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ukuran butir sedimen yang ditemukan berupa
pasir, pasir lanau, lanau pasiran, dan lanau lempung. Nilai korelasi antara ukuran
butir sedimen dengan kecepatan arus sebesar 0,0259 dimana nilai tersebut sangat
rendah korelasinya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa jenis
sedimen di pantai Segolok didominasi oleh pasir dan arus tidak memiliki
pengaruh terhadap distribusi ukuran butir sedimen.

Beach, Batang (Baskoro Rochaddi and Sugeng Widada)
Segolok Beach is a beach located in the northern region of Batang district,
Central Java province. It is one of the tourist beaches in Batang district. The
growing activity in the coastal area will also affect the sedimentation rate on the
beach. The purpose of this study was to determine the type of basic sediment on
the Segolok beach and to determine the current pattern and its influence.
Sediment and current data collection was carried out in the study area. Basic
sediment samples were taken using a sediment grab and flow data were taken
using a guessing ball. The bottom sediment samples were processed using sieving
and pipetting methods. While the current data modeling uses MIKE 21 software.
The results of this study indicate that the grain size of the sediment found in the
form of sand, silt sand, sandy silt, and clay silt. The correlation value between
sediment grain size and current velocity is 0.0259 where the correlation value is
very low. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the type of
sediment on the Segolok beach is dominated by sand and the current has no effect
on the grain size distribution of the sediment.
