Jembatan Merah Pasar Banggi Rembang sebagai Wisata Percontohan selama
Pandemi Covid-19 (Anhar Solichin dan Churun A’in)
Mangrove Pasar Banggi memiliki peranan ekonomi sebagai wisata tracking
mangrove yang sering disebut “Jembatan Merah”. Akibat penutupan selama
Covid-19 berdampak pada penurunan kunjungan wisatawan dan nilai ekonomi.
Perubahan level PPKM (Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat) di
Kabupaten Rembang menjadikan Jembatan Merah dibuka kembali sebagai wisata
percontohan, sehingga perlu dianalisis valuasi ekonominya. Penelitian
dilaksanakan pada Oktober 2021 sampai Januari 2022. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk
menghitung valuasi ekonomi kegiatan wisata di Jembatan Merah sebagai wisata
percontohan, daya dukung kawasan, dan mengetahui potensi wisata yang dapat
dikembangkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan
analisis Travel Cost Method (TCM) dan Willingness To Pay (WTP) untuk
kegiatan pariwisata, serta Daya Dukung Kawasan (DDK) untuk menghitung daya
tampung wisatawan per hari. Penentuan jumlah responden menggunakan Slovin,
untuk pemilihan responden wisatawan menggunakan accidental sampling, dan
responden kunci pengelola menggunakan purposive sampling. Valuasi Ekonomi
Jembatan Merah sebagai wisata percontohan selama pandemi Covid-19
berdasarkan TCM adalah Rp2.250.183.933,00 dan total WTP sebesar
Rp87.102.800,00. Rata-rata WTP sebesar Rp5.680,00 sebagai rekomendasi
pengadaan tiket dengan sistem gabungan parkir dan tiket masuk. Kunjungan
wisatawan di Jembatan merah 19.771 (67,78%) belum melebihi DDK (29.139
orang selama masa percontohan) namun sudah melebihi 50% dari aturan. Estimasi
valuasi ekonomi maksimal sesuai DDK yaitu Rp4.275.716.312,00. Potensi
kunjungan wisatawan akan dapat meningkat apabila dilakukan penambahan
atraksi rekreasi untuk wisatawan.

Pasar Banggi mangrove has economic benefits one of them is mangrove
tracking called “Jembatan Merah". Changes in the level of PPKM (The
Community Activities Restrictions Enforcement) in the Rembang Regency have
made Jembatan Merah reopen as a pilot tour, there are need to analyze it’s
economic valuation. The research was conducted from October 2021 to January
2022. The purpose were to calculate the valuation of tourism economic activities
at Jembatan Merah as a pilot tour, the area carrying capacity, and to find the
tourism development potential. The research method used was descriptive
quantitative, with analysis methods of Travel Cost Method (TCM) and Willingness
To Pay (WTP) for tourism activities, as well as Area Carrying Capacity (DDK) to
calculate the tourist capacity in a day. Determination of respondents number
using Slovin, while the selection of tourist respondents using accidental sampling,
and to determine the key respondents as manager is purposive sampling. The
Economic Valuation of the Jembatan Merah as a pilot tour during the Covid-19
pandemic based on the TCM was 2,250,183,933 IDR, and the total WTP was
87,102,80 IDR. The average WTP was 5,680 IDR as a recommendation for ticket
procurement system with a combined parking and entry fee. Tourist visits to
Jembatan Merah 19.771 (67,78%) have not exceeded DDK (29,139 people during
the pilot tour) but have exceeded 50% from rules. The maximum estimated
economic valuation according to DDK was 4,275.716,312 IDR. The potential for
tourist visits will increase if there are additional recreational attractions for
tourists.
