Abstract

Jackfruit coffee is another name for Liberica coffee, which has a jackfruit-like aroma. This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of production factors on the production of jackfruit coffee farming in Banyuanyar Village, Ampel District, Boyolali Regency. This research was conducted using the census method in April 2023 with 30 farmers as respondents. The research location is in Banyuanyar Village, Ampel District, Boyolali Regency. The production factors studied consisted of variables such as land area, labour, number of trees, amount of manure and inorganic fertilizer. The analytical tools used are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression of Cobb-Douglas production function and efficiency analysis. The results showed that the of production factors simultaneously of jackfruit coffee and partially significantly influenced it, the variables that played a role were the number of jackfruit coffee trees, the amount of manure and the amount of inorganic fertilizer. The use of production factors of land area, labor, number of trees, amount of manure, and amount of inorganic fertilizer in jackfruit coffee farming in Banyuanyar Village, Ampel District, Boyolali Regency is not efficient either in terms of technical efficiency, allocative efficiency or economic efficiency.
