Abstract

Librarian as human resources is the main actor in the process of knowledge management and knowledge transfer library. Libraries need a medium for the transfer of knowledge, for example groupware. Application groupware in library are software specially designed to support group working and with cooperative requirements in mind of librarian. So, groupware not just tools for communication, but has advantages of aspects when and where librarian is working and the function help to communicate.
