Abstract

Perubahan proses bisnis secara masif telah mengubah perguruan tinggi dalam mengelola proses dan layanan menggunakan sistem dan strategi yang lebih relevan. Hal ini merupakan tantangan perguruan tinggi untuk merancang strategi organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan metodologi Ward Peppard dan prinsip desain COBIT 2019 untuk mengadaptasi model operasi dan perencanaan strategi perguruan tinggi. Tantangan dalam perubahan proses bisnis menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi digital menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan dalam memastikan proses bisnis yang tangguh. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus pada Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Dalam melakukan perhitungan menggunakan sistem informasi tata kelola TI, mendapatkan hasil berupa laporan tingkat kapabilitas berupa tabel, grafik dan dokumen. Hasil perhitungan tingkat kapabilitas institusi saat ini berada pada kisaran level 1 dan 2 dengan target tingkat kapabilitas yang diinginkan adalah 4, hal ini berarti tata Kelola pada instansi belum siap untuk digunakan secara penuh.

Massive changes in business processes have changed universities in managing processes and services using more relevant systems and strategies. This is a challenge for universities to design organizational strategies. This study aims to apply the Ward Peppard methodology and COBIT 2019 design principles to adapt the operational model and university strategic planning. Challenges in changing business processes show that digital information systems are a critical success factor in ensuring robust business processes. This research uses a case study at Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta. In performing calculations using an IT governance information system, the results are in the form of capability level reports in the form of tables, graphs and documents. The results of the calculation of the level of institutional capability are currently in the range of levels 1 and 2 with the desired capability level target being 4, this means that governance in the agency is not ready to be fully used.
