(Covid-19) Terhadap Faktor Produksi Dan Pemasaran Budidaya Ikan Lele (Clarias
sp.) Di Kecamatan Blora, Jawa Tengah. (Tita Elfitasari dan Diana Chilmawati).
Salah satu jenis perikanan darat yang menjadi komoditas unggulan dan
banyak dibudidayakan adalah ikan lele. Budidaya ikan lele merupakan salah satu
budidaya ikan air tawar yang diminati khususnya di Kecamatan Blora. Pada awalnya
para pembudidaya sangat mudah dalam melakukan produksi dan pemasaran hasil
budidaya, akan tetapi setelah Covid-19 muncul para pembudidaya mengalami
penurunan dalam sektor produksi dan pemasaran. Sejak meningkatnya akan positif
COVID-19 di Indonesia pemerintah menghimbau kepada masyarakat agar
mengurangi aktivitas di luar rumah. Himbauan tersebut diperkuat dengan
ditetapkannya Peraturan Pemerintah RI No. 21 Tahun 2020 mengenai Pembatasan
Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) dalam rangka percepatan penanganan Corona Virus
Disease 2019 (Covid-19). Dampak yang diarasakan oleh warga Kabupaten Blora
yaitu mengalami penurunan harga ikan hingga 50% dari harga normal. Hal ini
mengakibatkan semakin menurunnya faktor produksi dan sulitnya strategi pemasaran
pada pembudidaya ikan lele di Kecamatan Blora, Kabupaten Blora.
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Dampak Pandemi Corona Virus
Disease (Covid-19) terhadap Faktor Produksi dan Pemasaran Budidaya Ikan Lele
(Clarias sp) di Kecamatan Blora, Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan
adalah metode studi kasus (case study). Studi kasus ini diharapkan dapat memberi
gambaran lebih mendalam mengenai unit-unit studi yang menjadi subjek. Metode
pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Pada
penelitian ini memiliki populasi pembudidaya ikan lele di Kecamatan Blora, Jawa
Tengah, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pembudidaya ikan lele di Kecamatan
Blora, Jawa Tengah sebanyak 42 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Dampak
pandemi Covid-19 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap faktor produksi dan pemasaran
budidaya ikan Lele di Kecamatan Blora, Jawa Tengah.
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu Pandemi Corona virus desease (Covid-19) berpengaruh nyata terhadap faktor produksi dan faktor pemasaran budidaya ikan
Lele di Kecamatan Blora, Jawa Tengah. Saran yang dapat penulis sampaikan adalah
kepada pembudidaya ikan lele khususnya di Kecamatan Blora harus bisa
memproduksi ikan lele dengan baik dalam kondisi apapun serta mengoptimalkan
media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran hasil budidaya ikan lele.

(Covid-19) Pandemic on Production and Marketing Factors of Catfish Cultivation
(Clarias sp) in Blora Regency, Central Java. (Tita Elfitasari dan Diana
Chilmawati).
One type of land fishery that is a leading commodity and is widely cultivated
is catfish. Catfish farming is one of the freshwater fish farming that is in great
demand, especially in Blora District. At first it was very easy for cultivators to
produce and market aquaculture products, but after Covid-19 emerged, cultivators
experienced a decline in the production and marketing sectors. Since the increase in
the number of positive cases of COVID-19 in Indonesia, the government has
appealed to the public to reduce activities outside the home. The appeal was
strengthened by the enactment of Government Regulation No. RI. 21 of 2020
regarding Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) in the context of accelerating the
handling of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). The impact felt by residents of
Blora Regency is that the price of fish has decreased by up to 50% from the normal
price. This has resulted in a decrease in production factors and the difficulty of
marketing strategies for catfish cultivators in Blora District, Blora Regency.
The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the Corona Virus
Disease (Covid-19) Pandemic on the Production and Marketing Factors of Catfish
Cultivation (Clarias sp) in Blora District, Central Java. The research method used is
a case study method (case study). This case study is expected to provide a more indepth picture of the study units that are the subject. The data processing method used
in this study is a quantitative method. In this study, the population of catfish
cultivators in Blora District, Central Java, the sample in this study were 42 catfish
cultivators in Blora District, Central Java. The results of this study are the impact of
the Covid-19 pandemic has a significant effect on production and marketing factors
for catfish cultivation in Blora District, Central Java.
The conclusion of this study is that the Corona virus disease (Covid-19)
pandemic has a significant effect on production factors and marketing factors for
catfish cultivation in Blora District, Central Java. The suggestion that the author can
convey is that catfish cultivators, especially in Blora District, must be able to produce
catfish well under any conditions and optimize social media as a means of marketing
the results of catfish farming.
