The high mortality and morbidity rate of COVID-19 in Indonesia is still a major health problem that must be resolved immediately. Health workers as the front line in handling COVID-19 patients have a high risk of being exposed to COVID-19. Based on data on the number of health workers confirmed for COVID-19, the number is quite high. As of July 1, 2020, health workers at a hospital in Central Java who were confirmed positive for COVID-19 reached 142 people and by the end of 2021 there were 2124 people. The purpose of this study was to find out what factors influence the incidence of COVID-19 in health workers in one of the hospitals in Central Java.
