Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the development of the Al-Bidayah community Reading Park Wonosobo Regency through the Program PerpuSeru. The method used in this research is a qualitative method of research. The data retrieval techniques are done by observation and interviews. The interview was carried out in a semi-structured way and has involved as many as 3 informant, namely the coordinator of Al-Bidayah community Reading Park, facilitator of PerpuSeru Wonosobo Program and 1 village community Puntuksari, Sapuran. Then the data obtained is processed using thematic analysis to produce 5 themes namely motivation, cooperation, facilities, monitoring and community empowerment. The five themes influence the development of TBM Al-Bidayah through the Program PerpuSeru. The motivation for the coordinator of TBM Al-Bidayah emerged because of the worry about negative behaviour in the community of Sapuran village especially teenagers and the absence of learning places that can provide the community to have activities. The second theme is cooperation, conducted by TBM Al-Bidayah and PerpuSeru as the development step of the community reading garden. Third is the facility, which is given PerpuSeru for TBM or library which has become its partner. The fourth is monitoring consisting of documentation and monitoring activities. The last theme in this study is empowerment consisting of training, improving the quality of community resources and community empowerment.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan Taman Bacaan Masyarakat Al-Bidayah Kabupaten Wonosobo melalui Program PerpuSeru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan datanya dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Wawancara dilaksanakan dengan cara semi terstruktur dan telah melibatkan sebanyak 3 informan, yaitu koordinator Taman Bacaan Masyarakat Al-Bidayah, Fasilitator Program PerpuSeru Wonosobo dan 1 masyarakat Desa Puntuksari, Sapuran. Kemudian data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan analisis tematik sehingga menghasilkan 5 tema yaitu motivasi, kerja sama, fasilitas, monitoring dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Kelima tema tersebut mempengaruhi adanya pengembangan TBM Al-Bidayah melalui Program PerpuSeru. Motivasi koordinator TBM Al-Bidayah muncul karena rasa khawatir terhadap perilaku negatif di masyarakat Kelurahan Sapuran terutama remaja dan tidak adanya tempat belajar yang dapat mewadahi masyarakat untuk berkegiatan. Tema kedua yaitu kerja sama, yang dilakukan oleh TBM Al-Bidayah dan PerpuSeru sebagai langkah pengembangan Taman Bacaan Masyarakat. Ketiga yaitu fasilitas, yang diberikan PerpuSeru untuk TBM atau Perpustakaan yang telah menjadi mitranya. Keempat yaitu monitoring yang terdiri dari dokumentasi dan monitoring kegiatan. Tema terakhir dalam penelitian ini adalah pemberdayaan yang terdiri dari pelatihan, meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya masyarakat dan pemberdayaan masyarakat.
