Abstract

ABSTRAK

Kabupaten Pati memiliki potensi perikanan dan kelautan yang cukup besar meliputi bidang perikanan tangkap, perikanan budidaya, serta bidang pengolahan dan pemasaran hasil perikanan. Kabupaten Pati masuk urutan ketiga tangkapan ikan terbesar di Indonesia. Tangkapan ikan mencapai 58.000 ton atau senilai Rp 535 milyar per tahun. Kecamatan Juwana menjadi sentra perikanan tangkap terbesar di Kabupaten Pati. Keberadaan 2 Unit TPI di Kecamatan Juwana menjadi bukti bahwa sentra perikanan tangkap di Juwana semakin berkembang. TPI Juwana masuk dalam klasifikasi TPI kelas 1 dengan nilai raman lebih dari 50 miliar. Perkembangan sektor perikanan tangkap perlu diwadahi dengan baik salah satunya dengan pengembangan TPI yaitu penambahan unit TPI yang baru (TPI Juwana Unit III). Perancangan Tempat Pelelangan (TPI) menerapkan konsep arsitektur modern. Tempat pelelangan ikan identik dengan kotor, bau, dan tidak teratur. Penerapan konsep arsitektur modern yang memenuhi standar sanitasi dan higienis diharapkan mampu menjawab permasalahan tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui internet, majalah, artikel, maupun wawancara. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif yang mengaitkan aturan standar dan kebutuhan TPI yang akan ditransformasikan ke dalam desain. Ruang lingkup menitikberatkan pada berbagai hal yang berkaitan dengan perencanaan dan perancangan sarana komersial Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) di daerah suburban Kabupaten Pati, Jawa Tengah tepatnya di Desa Bakaran Wetan, Kecamatan Juwana ditinjau dari disiplin ilmu arsitektur.

ABSTRACT

Pati Regency has considerable fishery and marine potential, including capture fisheries, aquaculture, as well as processing and marketing of fishery products. Pati Regency is the third largest fish catcher in Indonesia. Fish catch reached 58,000 tons or Rp 535 billion per year. Juwana District is the largest capture fisheries center in Pati District. The existence of 2 TPI Units in Juwana District is proof that the capture fisheries center in Juwana is growing. TPI Juwana is included in the TPI class 1 classification with a Raman value of more than 50 billion. The development of the capture fisheries sector needs to be accommodated properly, one of which is the development of TPI, namely the addition of a new TPI unit (TPI Juwana Unit III). The Design of the Auction Place (TPI) applies the concept of modern architecture. Fish auction places are synonymous with dirty, smelly, and disorganized. The application of modern architectural concepts that meet sanitary and hygienic standards is expected to be able to answer these problems. Data collection is carried out directly or indirectly, through the internet, magazine, articles, and interviews. The data is analyzed using a descriptio method that relates the standard rules and the needs of the TPI which will be transformed into the design.The scope focuses on various matters relating to the planning and design of commercial facilities for the Fish Auction Place (TPI) in the suburban area of Pati Regency, Central Java, precisely in Bakaran Wetan Village, Juwana District in terms of architectural disciplines.
