Abstract

Latar Belakang: Program pengendalian leptospirosis di Indonesia bertujuan menurunkan angka kematian kasus dan jumlah kasus atau angka kesakitan. Untuk mencapai keberhasilan pengendalian leptospirosis maka perlu manajemen program. Kefektifan berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi terhadap keberhasilan program pengendalian leptospirosis perlu dilakukan penelitian. Tinjauan
komprehensif mencakup temuan penelitian terbaru tentang keberhasilan manajemen pengendalian leptospirosis sangat diperlukan.
Tujuan: Menganalisis berbagai factor yang berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan manajemen program pengendalian leptospirosis meliputi fasilitas SDM, metode, regulasi, keuangan, fasilitas sarana dan prasarana.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review. Pencarian yang dilakukan menggunakan enam database MEDLINE, ProQuest, PubMed, Scopus, PLOS ONE serta Database Jurnal Ilmiah Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan kata kunci pencarian yaitu “policy” OR “management” AND
“human” OR “Control” AND “leptospirosis”. Artikel yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2015-2020. Penilaian kualitas artikel menggunakan pedoman dari Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Checklist dan daftar periksa Prisma.
Hasil: Dari enam database MEDLINE, ProQuest, PubMed, Scopus, PLOS ONE serta Database Jurnal Ilmiah Indonesia hasil penelitian didapatkan satu artikel berdesain studi eksperimen, dua artikel berdesain studi cohort, dua artikel berdesain
studi cross-sectional, satu artikel review method dan satu artikel study analisis dimasukan dalam analisis. Hasil penilaian kualitas artikel menunjukkan sebagian besar artikel memiliki kualitas baik dan sedang. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan manajemen leptospirosis antara lain fasilitas SDM (28.6%), regulasi (14.3%), keuangan (14.3%), metode (28.6%) dan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana (14.3%).
Simpulan: Dari hasil penelitian di temukan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan manajemen program pengendalian leptospirosis antara lain fasilitas SDM, metode, keuangan, regulasi, fasilitas sarana prasarana. Sehingga untuk mencapai keberhasilan manajemen program pengendalian leptospirosis perlu mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor tersebut.

Background: The leptospirosis control program in Indonesia aims to reduce case mortality and the number of cases or morbidity. To achieve successful leptospirosis control, program management is necessary. The effectiveness of various factors
that influence the success of the leptospirosis control program needs to be researched. A comprehensive review covering the latest research findings on the successful management of leptospirosis control is urgently needed.
Objective: to analyze various factors that affecting the success of the management of the control program leptospirosis including human resource facilities, methods, regulations, finances, facilities and infrastructure.
Method: This study uses a systematic literature review method. The search was conducted using six databases MEDLINE, ProQuest, PubMed, Scopus, PLOS ONE and the Indonesian Scientific Journal Database. This research uses search
keywords, namely “policy” OR “management” AND “human” OR “Control” AND “leptospirosis”. Articles published between 2015-2020. Assessment of article quality using guidelines from the Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Checklist and Prisma checklist.
Results: From the six MEDLINE databases, ProQuest, PubMed, Scopus, PLOS ONE and the Indonesian Scientific Journal Database, the results obtained one article with experimental study design, two articles with cohort study design, two articles with cross-sectional study design, one method review article and one analytical study article. included in the analysis. The results of the article quality assessment show that most of the articles have good and medium quality. Factors that influence the success of leptospirosis management include human resource facilities (28.6%), regulation (14.3%), finance (14.3%), methods (28.6%) and facilities and infrastructure (14.3%).
Conclusion: From the results of the study, it was found that the factors that influence the success of the management of the leptospirosis control program include human resources facilities, methods, finances, regulations, and infrastructure facilities. So, to achieve successful management of leptospirosis
control programs, it is necessary to consider these factors.
