Abstract

Skripsi ini membahas tentang pemanfaatan Aplikasi E-Office di Perum Perhutani
Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah. Peneletian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis
pemanfaatan aplikasi E-Office berdasarkan aspek penerimaan kemanfaatan dan
kemudahan dengan menggunakan Teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).
dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan
menggunakan sebanyak 4 informan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh
peneliti sebelumnya. Kriteria informan adalah pegawai yang mengoperasikan
aplikasi E-Office dalam melaksanakan tugas pekerjaan pegawai. Hasil dari
penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa pemanfaatan aplikasi E-Office di Perum Perhutani
Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah telah memenuhi 5 aspek utama dalam teori TAM
(Technology Acceptance Model) yaitu aspek kemudahan (Perceived Ease of Use),
asepek kebermanfaatan (Perceived Usefulness), aspek sikap dalam penggunaan
(Attitude Towards to Use), aspek niat perilaku (Behavioral Inttention to Use), dan
aspek penggunaan secara benar (Actual System Usage).
This thesis discusses the use of E-Office Applications at Perum Perhutani Regional
Division of Central Java. The purpose of this research is to analyze the use of E�Office applications based on the aspects of acceptance of benefits and convenience
using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory. This study used a
qualitative descriptive method of 4 informants based on the criteria that have been
determined by the previous researcher. The criteria of the informants are employees
who operate the E-Office application in their job duties. The results of this study
indicate that the use of the E-Office application at Perum Perhutani Central Java
Regional Division has fulfilled 5 main aspects in the TAM (Technology Acceptance
Model) theory, namely the aspect of ease (Perceived Ease of Use), the aspect of
usefulness (Perceived Usefulness), aspects of attitude in use (Attitude Towards to
Use), aspects of behavioral intentions (Behavioral Intention to Use), and aspects of
correct use (Actual System Usage).
