Abstract

This study will discuss the evaluation of the collection of book reviews on the
library website by students of SMAN 7 Semarang as a learning medium. The
purpose of this study was to determine the results of the evaluation of the use of
book review collections on the library website which were used by students of
SMAN 7 Semarang as a learning medium.The research method used is a
quantitative research method with a sample of 52 respondents. Determination of
informants conducted by the author in this study using purposive sampling
technique. The analysis in this study uses descriptive statistical analysis. The
results of this study indicate that the highest mean value of 3.52 which is included
in the satisfied category, the indicator of the content of the reviewer in the
statement of the contents of the book attracts the reader's interest has the highest
mean value of 3.42 which is included in the satisfied category, the indicator of the
closing of the reviewer in the statement of the book reviewer the library web
contains the advantages of a book having the highest mean value of 3.33 which is
included in the satisfied category. Overall the mean value of each aspect is in the
good category, meaning that the evaluation of the collection of book reviews on
the library website by students of SMAN 7 Semarang as a learning medium is
good.
Penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai evaluasi koleksi resensi buku pada situs
web perpustakaan oleh siswa SMAN 7 Semarang sebagai media pembelajaran.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi terhadap pemanfaatan
koleksi resensi buku pada situs web perpustakaan yang dimanfaatkan siswa
SMAN 7 Semarang sebagai media pembelajaran.Metode penelitian yang
digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 52
responden. Penentuan informan yang dilakukan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini
menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis dalam penelitian ini
menggunakan analisis deskriptif statistik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan
bahwa nilai mean tertinggi sebesar 3,52 yang masuk dalam kategori puas,
indikator isi resensi pada pernyataan isi buku menarik minat pembaca memiliki
nilai mean tertinggi sebesar 3,42 yang masuk dalam kategori puas, indikator
penutup resensi pada pernyataan resensi buku pada web perpustakaan memuat
kelebihan dari suatu buku memiliki nilai mean tertinggi sebesar 3,33 yang masuk
dalam kategori puas. Secara keseluruhan nilai mean setiap aspek masuk ke dalam
kategori baik, berarti evaluasi koleksi resensi buku pada situs web perpustakaan
oleh siswa SMAN 7 Semarang sebagai media pembelajaran adalah baik.
