Abstract

This study is related with the effectiveness of the local wisdom digital collections
for users at The Central Archives and Library of Central Java Province. The
purpose of the local wisdom digital collections at The Central Archives and
Library of Central Java Province as a provider of information and facilitate users
for getting information about local wisdom of Central Java. The effectiveness of
this study is to determine the success of the purpose of the local wisdom digital
collections at The Central Archives and Library of Central Java Province as a
provider of information for users by using the theory of D&M Information System
Success Model by DeLone and McLean. In this study, there are six dimensions:
system quality, information quality, service quality, intention to use, user
satisfication, and net benefits. The method used is descriptive approach survey.
Collecting data was obtained by using a questionnaire to 34 respondents who has
accessed the local wisdom digital collections of The Central Archives and Library
of Central Java Province. Sampling used was total sampling because the
population are less than 100. Indicators of system flexibility, accuracy, cost
savings, and time savings got very high mean (4.21-5.00). The results of this study
show that the effectiveness of the local wisdom digital collections for users at The
Central Archives and Library of Central Java Province is equal to 77.62% and it
is considered success. The results means that H1 is accepted dan H0 is rejected in
this study.

Penelitian ini berkaitan dengan efektivitas koleksi digital kearifan lokal bagi
pemustaka di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Tujuan
koleksi digital kearifan lokal di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Jawa
Tengah sebagai penyedia informasi dan mempermudah pemustaka untuk
mendapatkan informasi tentang kearifan lokal Jawa Tengah. Efektivitas dalam
penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui keberhasilan dari tujuan koleksi digital kearifan
lokal di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah sebagai
penyedia informasi tentang kearifan lokal Jawa Tengah untuk pemustaka dengan
menggunakan teori D&M Information System Success Model oleh DeLone dan
McLean. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat enam dimensi: kualitas sistem, kualitas
informasi, kualitas layanan, niat penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna dan manfaat
bersih. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan
menggunakan pendekatan survei. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan cara
menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 34 responden yang pernah menggunakan koleksi
digital kearifan lokal Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Jawa Tengah. Penarikan
sampel menggunakan total sampling karena populasi kurang dari 100. Indikator
keluwesan sistem, akurat, penghematan biaya, dan penghematan waktu
mendapatkan rata-rata sangat tinggi (4.21-5.00). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan
bahwa efektivitas koleksi digital kearifan lokal bagi permustaka di Dinas
Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan nilai sebesar 77.62%
yang dikategorikan sukses. Hasil tersebut berarti H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak dalam
penelitian ini.
