Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of records active management projects for
performance of General Project PT. Wahana Eleksia Technology. The method
used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method with case study
approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and document
study. The results of this study indicate that records active management has an
impact on organizational performance that can be seen from the quantity of
results, the quality of the results, punctuality of the results, the presence, and the
ability to work together. The quantity of results is the number of General Project
PT. Wahana Eleksia Technology’s work project documents which is records
active management that resulting from managing records active. The quality of
results in managing PT. Wahana Eleksia Technology’s records active
management projects has been able to manage records active management by
giving attention to the information value of records active management projects
as evidence. It also shown through the administrator’s attendace benchmark as
the responsible and records active management’s manager who has the main task
to complete records active management on time. Administrator of PT. Wahana
Eleksia Technology has fulfilled the prescribed presence. Administrator of
General Project PT. Wahana Eleksia Technology work together to manage
records active management’s projects of General Project PT. Wahana Eleksia
Technology for the realization of General Project PT. Wahana Eleksia
Technology’s maximum performances.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pengelolaan arsip dinamis aktif
bagi kinerja General Project PT. Wahana Eleksia Technology. Metode penelitian
yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif
dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu
observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan
bahwa pengelolaan arsip dinamis aktif proyek pekerjaan berdampak pada kinerja
General Project PT. Wahana Eleksia Technology. Pengelolaan dokumen proyek
pekerjaan General Project PT. Wahana Eleksia Technology sebagai arsip dinamis
aktif berdampak pada kinerja organisasi yang dapat dilihat dari kuantitas dari
hasil, kualitas dari hasil, ketepatan waktu dari hasil, kehadiran, dan kemampuan
untuk bekerja sama. Kuantitas dari hasil merupakan jumlah dokumen proyek
pekerjaan yang merupakan arsip dinamis aktif yang dihasilkan General Project
PT. Wahana Eleksia Technology dalam pengelolaan arsip dinamis aktif. Kualitas
dari hasil dalam pengelolaan arsip dinamis aktif proyek pekerjaan General Project
PT. Wahana Eleksia Technology telah mampu mengelola arsip dinamis aktif
dengan memberikan titik perhatian pada nilai informasi arsip dinamis aktif proyek
pekerjaan sebagai alat bukti. Perhatian tersebut juga ditunjukkan melalui tolak
ukur kehadiran administrator sebagai penananggungjawab serta pengelola arsip
dinamis aktif proyek pekerjaan yang memiliki tugas utama untuk menyelesaikan
arsip dinamis aktif proyek pekerjaan secara tepat waktu. Administrator PT.
Wahana Eleksia Technology telah memenuhi kehadiran yang ditetapkan.
Administrator General Project PT. Wahana Eleksia Technology saling
bekerjasama dalam mengelola arsip dinamis aktif proyek pekerjaan General
Project PT. Wahana Eleksia Technology demi terwujudnya kinerja General
Project PT. Wahana Eleksia Technology dengan maksimal.
