Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the growth of journal literature, types of literature, the newest level of literature and authors who are most often cited in the Visi Pustaka Journal in 2014-2019. This is quantitative research. Data collection is done by documentation method, which is collecting data by tracing and obtaining the necessary data through available data. Research sampling is conducted using total sampling. The collected data was analyzed using bibliometric studies of citation analysis. The results showed that out of 1.726 citation was found, 562 or 33% came from book, 621 or 36% came from journal articles, and 543 or 31% came from other sources. The average half-life of journal literature utilized in Visi Pustaka Journal in 2014-2019 is 5.3 years. The half-life of literature shows the speed of growth of journal literature. The growth of literature that shows the age of 5.3 years can be said quite fast compared to the degree of reference of latest publication, which is 10 years. Descriptively, 57.90% of journal citations are up-to-date and the remaining 42.10% are not current or obsolete. The most frequently cited authors are 6 people, they are Sutardji, Sulistyo-Basuki, Tupan, Sri Purnomowati, Abdul R. Saleh and K. Subramanyam.
Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Pertumbuhan Literatur Berdasarkan Analisis
Sitiran Karya Ilmiah Pada Jurnal Visi Pustaka Tahun 2014-2019”. Tujuan dari
penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan literatur jurnal, jenis literatur, tingkat kemutakhiran literatur serta penulis yang paling sering disitir dalam Jurnal Visi Pustaka tahun 2014-2019. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode dokumentasi, yaitu mengumpulkan data dengan menelusur dan memperoleh data yang diperlukan melalui data yang sudah tersedia. Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan total sampling. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan kajian bibliometrik analisis sitiran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 1.726 jumlah sitiran yang ditemukan, sebesar 562 atau 33% berasal dari buku, 621 atau 36% berasal dari artikel jurnal, dan sebanyak 543 atau 31% berasal dari sumber lainnya. Rata-rata paro hidup literatur jurnal yang dimanfaatkan dalam Jurnal Visi Pustaka Tahun 2014-2019 adalah 5,3 tahun. Paro hidup literatur ini menunjukkan kecepatan pertumbuhan literatur jurnal. Pertumbuhan literatur yang menunjukkan usia 5,3 tahun dapat dikatakan cukup cepat jika melihat pada derajat acuan kemutakhiran suatu terbitan yaitu 10 tahun. Secara deskriptif, sebanyak 57,90% sitiran jurnal bersifat mutakhir dan sisanya sebanyak 42,10% bersifat tidak mutakhir atau usang. Nama penulis artikel jurnal yang paling sering disitir berjumlah 6 orang, yaitu Sutardji, Sulistyo-Basuki, Tupan, Sri Purnomowati, Abdul R. Saleh dan K. Subramanyam.
