Abstract

Title: Analysis Of The Implementation Of National Archives Archives Of The Republic Of Indonesia As The Efforts To Develop The Archiparis Competence Of Library And Archives Of Banten Province. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the National Archives Archive Training of the Republic of Indonesia as an Effort to Develop Archive Competencies of the Banten Province Library and Archives Service. This type of research used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. In this study, researchers used five informants with a purposive sampling technique. Data recovery techniques used in this study are interview techniques and document analysis. Data analysis method used in this study is to use thematic analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Department of Library and Archives of Banten Province has made several efforts to improve the competency of archivists, one of them is by participating in archival training held by the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of the archive training organized by ANRI include increased skills orcompetencies of the training participants in the fields of archives as seen from work efficiency, work effectiveness, job assignments, training provides benefits for the improvement of archival knowledge, and in terms of improving archival work skills.

Skripsi ini berjudul “Analisis pelaksanaan diklat Kearsipan Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia Sebagai Upaya Pengembangan Kompetensi Arsiparis Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Banten”. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan diklat Kearsipan Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia Sebagai Upaya Pengembangan Kompetensi Arsiparis Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Banten. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dalam penelitian ini, Peneliti menggunakan lima orang informan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengembilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis tematik (thematic analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Banten telah melakukan beberapa upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi arsiparis, salah satunya dengan mengikuti diklat kearsipan yang diselenggarakan oleh Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia. Hasil dari diklat kearsipan yang diselenggarakan ANRI berupa meningkatnya keterampilan atau
kompetensi yang dimiliki peserta diklat dalam bidang-bidang kearsipan yang dilihat dari efisiensi kerja, efektivitas kerja, tugas pekerjaan, diklat memberikan manfaat bagi peningkatan pengetahuan arsiparis, dan dalam hal peningkatan keterampilan kerja arsiparis.
