Abstract

Latar Belakang : Cakupan imunisasi dasar lengkap di Puskesmas Miroto Kota Semarang dalam lima tahun terakhir belum mencapai target yang ditentukan pemerintah Indonesia. Puskesmas sebagai pelaksanaoperasional imunisasi harus didukung dengan penerapan fungsi manajemen kesehatan yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh dari faktor pemudah(predisposing factors)yang mempengaruhi ibu dalam melaksanakan pemberian imunisasi dasar pada anakdalam kaitannya dengan capaian UCI di Puskesmas Miroto, Kecamatan Semarang Tengah, Kota Semarang dikarenakan capaian UCI di wilayah UPTD Puskesmas Miroto hanya 62% sehingga tindak mencapai target yang ditetapkan yaitu sebesar 95%.
Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitianobservasional analitik denganrancangan penelitian cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu yang memiliki balita minimal berumur 1 tahunyang bertempat tinggal di Puskesmas Miroto pada tahun 2020. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 orang ibu dengan teknik simplerandom sampling. Pengolahan dan analisis data dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi Square.
Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwatingkat pendidikan ibu, pengetahuan ibu tentang kelengkapan imunisasi dasar pada bayi, status pekerjaan ibu, jumlah anak, dukungan keluarga, berpengaruh terhadap kelengkapan imunisasi. Sedangkan pendapatan keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap kelengkapan imunisasi.
Simpulan :Variabel yang mempengaruhi ibu dalam melaksanakan imunisasi lengkap adalah tingkat pendidikan ibu, tingkat pengetahuan ibu, status pekerjaan ibu, jumlah anak, dukungan keluarga, dan yang tidak mempengaruhi adalah pendapatan keluarga.

Background : The achievement of complete basic immunizationMiroto Public Health Centerin the last five years has not reached the Indonesian government’s target. Puskesmas as the operator of immunization operations must be supported by the implementation of a good health management function. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of facilitating factors thats influence mothers in carrying out complete basic immunization for children in relation to UCI achievement at Miroto Public Health Center, Central Semarang District, Semarang City because the achievement of UCI in the UPTD area of the Miroto Health Center is only 62% so that the follow-up reaches the target set at 95%.
Methods : This study is aanalitic observational research with cross- sectional study design. The population of this research is mothers who have children at least 1 years old who live in the Miroto Health Center area. The research sample was 50 mothers with simplerandom samplingtechnique. Processing and data analysis with quantitative methods with univariate and bivariate analysis using the Chi Square test.
Result : The results showed that there was an effect of mother's education level, mother's level of knowledge about completeness of basic immunization for infants, mother's employment status, number of children, family support, and effect on completeness of immunization.Meanwhile, family income does not affect the completeness of immunization.
Conclusion : Variables that affect mothers in carrying out complete immunization are mother's education level, mother's level of knowledge, mother's employment status, number of children, family support, and what does not affect is family income.
