Abstract

Enterprise Architecture (EA) menggambarkan elemen-elemen Teknologi Informasi (TI) secara keseluruhan dalam organisasi. EA dipandang sebagai praktik Sistem Informasi (SI) karena mencakup perspektif bisnis dan teknologi. EA merupakan dokumen perencanaan strategis sebagai acuan/panduan dan rencana yang jelas bagi pengembangan SI secara keseluruhan. Arsitektur sistem informasi merupakan bagian dari lapisan EA. Perencanaan dan pengembangan arsitektur sistem informasi yang baik seharusnya mampu menjadi penengah dalam pengembangan sistem/aplikasi perangkat lunak yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis untuk mencapai keselarasan dan manfaat sistem. Organisasi menghadapi tantangan dalam memastikan bahwa SI yang dibangun dapat diterima dan digunakan efektif. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, terdapat kebutuhan mengembangkan model yang lebih terintegrasi yang menggabungkan aspek teknologi, organisasi, kualitas EA, dan persepsi pemangku kepentingan secara lebih mendalam. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengembangkan model pengukuran keberhasilan arsitektur sistem informasi yang terintegrasi berbasis evaluasi kegunaan EA. Pengembangan model mengintegrasikan tiga pendekatan teori model keberhasilan SI dan juga model kualitas EA. Penelitian mengadopsi perspektif ganda pemangku kepentingan yang memungkinkan analisis yang lebih komprehensif karena mencakup perspektif bisnis dan perspektif teknis. Metode penelitian diawali pengumpulan data melalui survei kuesioner kepada dua kelompok responden yang berbeda, selanjutnya dilakukan analisis, pengujian dan validasi menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan pendekatan dua tahap dikarenakan variabel yang multidimensional. Hasil pengujian dan validasi mengkonfirmasi validitas dan reliabilitas indikator dan konstruk yang digunakan dalam model. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian memberikan daya prediksi/kekuatan penjelas yang substansial, kekuatan prediksi yang kuat serta memberikan nilai model fit sebesar 76,3% persen untuk perspektif fungsional bisnis dan 79,8% untuk perspektif teknis. Hasil penelitian berupa model pengukuran keberhasilan arsitektur sistem informasi (Success of Information System Architecture/SISA) dengan perspektif ganda memberikan wawasan tersendiri dan saling melengkapi, namun model SISA dengan perspektif teknis dipandang lebih sesuai berdasarkan tujuan dan konteks penelitian, kekuatan konseptual, serta hasil uji empiris. Temuan penelitian berkontribusi teoritis dengan memberikan kerangka konseptual baru yang memperkenalkan variabel, dimensi, dan indikator serta cara pandang baru dalam mengukur keberhasilan arsitektur sistem informasi dengan peran integrasi faktor kualitas EA. Berkontribusi praktis dengan memberikan panduan prioritas bagi tata kelola organisasi (perspektif bisnis) dan bagi manajemen/operasional (perspektif teknis) dalam menentukan area/faktor mana yang menjadi prioritas dan paling berpengaruh serta membuktikan peran kualitas EA terhadap keberhasilan arsitektur sistem informasi. Implikasi penelitian memberikan nilai tambah bagi keselarasan bisnis dan TI pada organisasi.

Enterprise Architecture (EA) describes the overall Information Technology (IT) elements within an organization. EA is viewed as an Information Systems (IS) practice because it encompasses both business and technology perspectives. EA is a strategic planning document that serves as a clear reference, guide, and plan for overall IS development. Information systems architecture is part of the EA layer. Good information systems architecture planning and development should be able to mediate in the development of software systems/applications that are in accordance with business needs to achieve system alignment and benefits. Organizations face challenges in ensuring that the developed IS is accepted and used effectively. Based on this, there is a need to develop a more integrated model that combines aspects of technology, organization, EA quality, and stakeholder perceptions in more depth. The purpose of this research is to develop a measurement model for the success of an integrated information systems architecture based on EA usability evaluation. The development of the model integrates three theoretical approaches of the IS success model and also the EA quality model. The research adopts a dual stakeholder perspective which allows for a more comprehensive analysis as it includes both business and technical perspectives. The research method begins with data collection through a questionnaire survey to two different groups of respondents, then analysis, testing and validation are carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with a two-stage approach due to the multidimensional variables. The results of testing and validation confirm the validity and reliability of the indicators and constructs used in the model. Overall, the results of the study provide substantial predictive power/explanatory power, strong predictive power and provide a model fit value of 76.3% for the business functional perspective and 79.8% for the technical perspective. The results of the study in the form of a model of success of information system architecture (Success of Information System Architecture/SISA) with a dual perspective provide separate and complementary insights, but the SISA model with a technical perspective is considered more appropriate based on the objectives and context of the study, conceptual strength, and empirical test results. The research findings contribute theoretically by providing a new conceptual framework that introduces variables, dimensions, and indicators as well as a new perspective in measuring the success of information system architecture with the role of EA quality factor integration. Contribute practically by providing priority guidance for organizational governance (business perspective) and for management/operations (technical perspective) in determining which areas/factors are prioritized and most influential and prove the role of EA quality in the success of information system architecture. The research implications provide added value for business and IT alignment in organizations/enterprises.
