Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan usulan perencanaan strategis SI/TI apotek bukan waralaba agar mampu bersaing dengan apotek waralaba, serta mewujudkan visi, misi, dan tujuan apotek. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode mixed method desain sequential explanatory. Metode observasi dan wawancara digunakan untuk merumuskan visi, misi, serta tujuan apotek. Data yang diperoleh digunakan sebagai dasar untuk membuat faktor-faktor tujuan dalam bentuk pertanyaan skala Likert. Hasil kuesioner dianalisis validitas dan reliabilitasnya menggunakan Pearson’s Product Moment dan Cronbach’s Alpha dan menunjukkan hasil nilai r-hitung semua butir pertanyaan bernilai positif dan lebih besar dari r-tabel (r-hitung > 0,457) dengan nilai α = 0,980 yang artinya butir pertayaan dalam kuesioner valid dan reliabel. Butir pertanyaan ini kemudian digambarkan dalam bentuk diagram dekomposisi dengan pertimbangan analisis value chain. Keluaran diagram dekomposisi digunakan sebagai data analisis faktor keberhasilan perusahaan (CSFs). Analisis faktor secara kuantitatif juga dilakukan dengan bantuan aplikasi statistik menggunakan uji Bartlett’s Test of Sphericity dan uji Keiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO). Hasilnya, nilai chi square sebesar 279,591 dan nilai MSA sebesar 0.738 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa data telah memenuhi syarat untuk difaktorkan. Berdasarkan analisis faktor juga terekstrak 7 (tujuh) komponen yang kemudian digunakan untuk menyusun portofolio aplikasi dalam kuadran McFarlan. Aplikasi Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) dan aplikasi Point of Sales (POS) menempati posisi strategic, sedangkan Inventory Module, Finance Module, Sales Module menempati posisi high potential.

This study aims to produce a strategic planning proposal for the IS / IT of non-franchise pharmacies to be able to compete with franchised pharmacies and to realize the vision, mission, and objectives of the pharmacy. This research was conducted using a mixed-method with a sequential explanatory design. Observation and interview methods are used to formulate the vision, mission, and objectives of the pharmacy. The data obtained is used as a basis for making objective factors in the form of Likert scale questions. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed for validity and reliability using Pearson's Product Moment and Cronbach's Alpha and showed the results of the r-count value of all the questions were positive and greater than the r-table (r-table> 0.457) with a value of α = 0.980, which means the question items in the questionnaire valid and reliable. These questions are then described in the form of a decomposition diagram with the consideration of value chain analysis. The output of the decomposition diagram is used as data for analyzing the company's success factors (CSFs). Quantitative factor analysis was also carried out with the help of statistical applications using Bartlett's Test of Sphericity and the Keizer-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) test. As a result, the chi-square value is 279.591 and the MSA value is 0.738, so it can be concluded that the data has met the requirements for factoring. Based on the factor analysis, 7 (seven) components were also extracted which were then used to compile the application portfolio in the McFarlan quadrant. The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) application and the Point of Sales (POS) application occupy a strategic position, while the Inventory Module, Finance Module, Sales Module occupy a high potential position.
