Abstract
Permasalahan perencanaan produksi di CV Akula yang belum terstruktur dan tidak mampu mengikuti fluktuasi permintaan, di mana perusahaan masih menggunakan pendekatan perkiraan manajerial sehingga menghasilkan ketidaksesuaian antara permintaan dan produksi dengan nilai error sebesar 56,52%.
