Abstract

Salah satu penyebab kematian balita adalah malnutrisi kronis atau stunting. Pemerintah telah membuat kebijakan sebagai upaya mengurangi stunting. Program dari intervensi gizi spesifik adalah kegiatan yang secara langsung menangani masalah kasus stunting. Evaluasi intervensi yang saat ini telah dilakukan telah memakan waktu yang cukup lama dan belum belum fokus terhadap evaluasi pada program intervensi gizi spesifik. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem yang dapat mempercepat proses evaluasi intervensi gizi spesifik dengan akurasi penilaian yang baik. Dalam penelitian ini kmeans clustering digunakan sebagai metode untuk proses clustering dan confusion matrix digunakan sebagai mekanisme pengujian akurasi. Sistem informasi dievaluasi dengan indikator kinerja kegiatan (IKK) pembinaan gizi masyarakat untuk intervensi gizi spesifik. Sistem informasi evaluasi dirancang untuk mengumpulkan data nasional dan melakukan proses clustering secara otomatis.
Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan 2 cluster untuk setiap dataset dengan nilai akurasi pada tahun 2016, 2017 dan 2018 sebesar 68 %, 77% dan 70 %

One of the under-five mortality causes is chronic malnutrition or stunting. The government has made policies in an effort to reduce stunting. Specific nutrition intervention programs are activities that directly address the problem of stunting cases. The current intervention evaluation has taken a long time and has not yet focused on evaluating specific nutrition intervention programs. Therefore we need a system that can speed up the process of evaluating specific nutritional interventions with good accuracy. In this research kmeans clustering is used as a
method for the clustering process and confusion matrix is used as an accuracy testing mechanism. The information system is evaluated by means of activity performance indicators (IKK) for community nutrition guidance for specific nutrition interventions. The evaluation information system is designed to collect national data and carry out the clustering process automatically. The results of this study obtained 2 clusters for each dataset with accuracy values in 2016, 2017 and 2018 of 68%, 77% and 70%
