Abstract
Indonesia Timur merupakan wilayah dengan intensitas hujan tahunan yang rendah (1200 mm sampai dengan 2000 mm). Namun pada Sungai Rea, Kecamatan Taliwang, Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat, banjir terjadi setiap tahun dengan daya rusak cukup besar.
