Abstract

Mami Ayam Pop merupakan UMKM kuliner di Kota Semarang yang
berfokus pada menu spesialis Ayam Pop. Berdasarkan hasil survei terhadap 202
responden, tingkat brand awareness Mami Ayam Pop masih tergolong rendah,
ditunjukkan dengan 76,7% responden belum mengetahui brand tersebut dan 81,2%
responden menyatakan pesan brand belum tersampaikan dengan jelas. Kondisi
tersebut menunjukkan perlunya strategi komunikasi untuk meningkatkan
awareness dan engagement konsumen terhadap brand.
Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dilaksanakan kampanye “Flavor
and Tunes Pop” dengan pendekatan Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC)
melalui integrasi aktivitas online dan offline, seperti pengelolaan media sosial,
aktivitas engagement digital, kolaborasi micro influencer, program “Vote Your Iftar
Flavor”, dan event “Ramadhan Satnight Tunes”. Dalam pelaksanaan program,
penulis berperan sebagai Account Executive, Strategist, dan Event Manager.
Hasil kampanye menunjukkan adanya peningkatan eksposur brand,
interaksi audiens, partisipasi konsumen, serta keterlibatan pengunjung dalam
berbagai aktivitas kampanye. Program yang dijalankan berhasil menciptakan
pengalaman interaktif bagi konsumen sekaligus memperkuat hubungan antara
brand dan audiens. Secara keseluruhan, kampanye “Flavor and Tunes Pop” berhasil
meningkatkan brand awareness dan brand engagement Mami Ayam Pop serta
memperkuat positioning brand sebagai spesialis Ayam Pop di Kota Semarang.
