Abstract

Latar belakang : Dislipidemia merupakan salah satu faktor resiko berkembangnya aterosklerosis sebagai salah satu penyebab penyakit jantung koroner stabil. Salah satu penanda biologis untuk keparahan dan progresivitas ateroklerosis adalah nilai rasio neutrofil limfosit (Neutrophil to Lymphocyte Ratio/NLR).
Tujuan : Membuktikan adanya hubungan antara profil lipid yang meliputi kadar kolesterol total, kadar kolesterol LDL, kadar kolesterol HDL, dan kadar trigliserida, dengan nilai NLR pada pasien dengan penyakit jantung koroner stabil.
Metode : Penelitian belah lintang pada 32 pasien penyakit jantung koroner stabil yang akan menjalani angiografi koroner di RSUP Dr. Kariadi dengan rentang usia 43-78 tahun periode Maret – Mei 2018. Kadar profil lipid diperiksa menggunakan metode enzimatik. Pemeriksaan nilai hitung darah total menggunakan alat hematologi otomatis. Nilai NLR ditentukan oleh hitung jumlah neutrofil dibagi dengan hitung jumlah limfosit. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman.
Hasil : Terdapat hubungan dengan tingkat korelasi sedang antara kadar trigliserida dengan nilai NLR (r=0.458; nilai p=0.008). Tidak ditemukan hubungan antara profil lipid lain dengan nilai NLR.
Kesimpulan : Ditemukan hubungan antara profil lipid terutama kadar trigliserida dengan nilai NLR, namun tidak ditemukan hubungan antara profil lipid lain dengan nilai NLR.
