Abstract
Desa Kemujan di Kepulauan Karimunjawa menghadapi krisis air bersih yang bersifat struktural—lahir dari interaksi antara ketiadaan Cekungan Air Tanah (CAT) permanen, defisit neraca air selama lima bulan setiap tahunnya (kumulatif −38.095 m³), serta intensifikasi tekanan antropogenik dari pertumbuhan penduduk yang diproyeksikan mencapai 4.490 jiwa pada tahun 2046 dan ekspansi pariwisata bahari yang menghasilkan estimasi 1.149 wisatawan harian pada musim puncak.
