Abstract
Efisiensi operasional dalam industri manufaktur sangat dipengaruhi oleh pengelolaan material yang terstruktur. PT XYZ mengalami permasalahan pada area distribution dalam proses penanganan dan mixing Fabric akibat keterbatasan kapasitas dan tata letak yang
belum optimal, sehingga menimbulkan berbagai pemborosan seperti Waste motion, inventory, dan waiting.
