Abstract

Abstrak
Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan program VCT pada wanita pekerja seks (WPS) terganggu yang
dibuktikan dengan adanya penurunan pemanfaatan VCT pada WPS. Oleh sebab itu, adanya
covid-19 dibutuhkan adaptasi keberlanjutan program (adaptive). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk
menyusun adaptif kegiatan program VCT pada wanita pekerja seks di Puskesmas Kabupaten
Pemalang untuk situasi pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data secara
wawancara mendalam dan FGD. Analisa data dengan content analysis. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa masalah-masalah masukan yaitu sumber daya manusia (keterbatasan
petugas lapangan, beban kerja pada penanggungjawab program HIV dan petugas lab),
pendanaan (penurunan dana), sarana (ruang konseling menyatu dengan ruang KIA), proses yaitu
pemberian informasi terkait HIV/AIDS dan VCT kurang optimal, VCT mobile tidak bisa dijalankan,
konseling pre tes kurang optimal, hasil tes lama dan penyampaian hasil tes hanya melalui sms,
konseling pasca tes tidak dilakukan. Model adaptif yang fisibile adalah pemberian informasi terkait
HIV/AIDS dan VCT menggunakan grup whatsapp, ruangan hanya dapat dimasuki 1 pasien,
panggilan melalui telepon melalui whatsapp untuk penyampaian hasil tes dan konseling pasca tes
selain itu hasil tes nya tetap dikirimkan seperti foto hasil tesnya melalui whatsapp, komunikasi
perubahan perilaku menggunakan grup whatsapp, perawatan dukungan pengobatan (bidan desa
dapat home visit, optimalisasi ARV, memberi layanan telemedicine melalui whatsapp).

Abstract
Covid-19 makes VCT program to the sex workers disturbed, it is proven by the decreasing of VCT
utilization to the sex workers. For that reason, the program of sustainable adaptation is important in
the pandemic Covid-19 era. The aim of this study is arrange the adaptive program of VCT to the
sex workers in the Public Health Centre Pemalang in the Covid-19 pandemic time. This study
applied qualitative method. The data collection used depth-interview and FGD. Data Analysis with
content analysis. The research showed that the problems covered the human resources (the
limitation of the field officers, replenishment of job to the person in charge of HIV program and
laboratory lab), budget (reduced funding), facility (counselling room connected to the Mother and
Children’s room), process of providing information about HIV and VCT did not optimal, the test
result took too long and it can only be delivered by SMS, the posttest counselling did not apply.
Feasible adaptive which was appropriate was by using Whatsapp group, the room only can be
used by one patient, Whatsapp call was used to deliver the test result and posttest counselling, the
test result and posttest counselling could be captured as photo by using Whatsapp, whatsapp
group as media to communicate, medication support service (midwifery’s home visit, ARV
optimization, telemedicine service by using Whatsapp).
