Abstract
Ritel tradisional menghadapi tantangan yang signifikan akibat transformasi digital dan perubahan pola konsumsi masyarakat. Beberapa pelaku ritel tradisional berhasil melakukan inisiatif e-bisnis untuk tetap kompetitif, sementara sebagian ritel tradisional tidak mampu berdaptasi sehingga harus menutup outletnya.
