Abstract
Toko ritel tradisional menyumbang sekitar 75% nilai penjualan ritel di seluruh Indonesia. Namun jumlah toko ritel tradisional terjadi penurunan dari tahun 2019 sampai 2022. Potensi terjadinya disrupsi menjadi tantangan yang dihadapkan oleh pelaku bisnis
termasuk toko ritel tradisional.
