Abstract

ABSTRAK
Sejalan dengan upaya SDGs, DPU Kota Semarang bekerja sama dengan DLH
telah mengupayakan pembangunan TPST di berbagai kelurahan sebagai upaya
penanganan sampah di tempat untuk mengurangi sampah yang masuk ke TPA
Jatibarang. Namun demikian, pembangunan TPST belum optimal, TPST Purwosari
masih berfungsi sebagai TPS tanpa pengolahan sampah. dengan melakukan proyeksi
penduduk dan timbulan sampah selama sepuluh tahun ke depan, didapatkan hasil
perencanaan optimalisasi yaitu pengolahan sampah menjadi RDF, penambahan luas
TPST menjadi 1.571 m2 dengan biaya investasi sebesar Rp 1.602.837.997 dan biaya
operasional Rp 307.741/ton/hari. Didapatkan nilai NPV Rp 4.836.965, EIRR 12% dan
nilai BCR sebesar 1,81.
ABSTRACT
In order to achieve the SDGs target, the DPU of Semarang City in
collaboration with DLH has attempted to build TPSTs in various urban villages to
handle waste on-site to reduce waste entering the Jatibarang landfill. However, the
construction of the TPST is not optimal, the Purwosari TPST still functions as a TPS
without waste processing. By carrying out projections of population and waste
generation for the next ten years, the results of optimization planning are RDF making,
the addition of TPST area to 1,571 m2 at an investment cost of Rp 1,602,837,997 and
operational costs of Rp 307,741/ton/ day. Obtained NPV value of Rp. 4,836,965, EIRR
of 12% and BCR value of 1.81
