Abstract
Assumptions are fundamental concept for developing in economics theory. In conventional economics, there are two assumptions: unlimited human needs and limited amount resources. Statements of demand and supply law are based on its assumptions.
Different with Islamic economics assumptions, the world will cover all human needs, and the human must use all resources efficiently (not wasteful), because the wasteful action is devil habit. Those assumption is based on Holly Qu’ran and Al Hadith .
Islamic economics emphasize in welfare and human relationship harmony. Consumption, production, and distribution of economic resources in Islamic economics are different with conventional economics.
